Ordered for pickup and got home and sandwiches were wrong and soaking wet. Called store and nobody answered.
I?m not one to ever put up a review, but today I truly felt the need to do so. I walked in, was promptly greeted with a smile,... my order was taken, and when it was ready it was brought to my table with yet another smile! Foodie Guy Here! Went in yesterday to get my Usual #9. Never had an issue UNTIL NOW! I asked for "Mikes Way" on my Sandwich and... got no Seasonings on my Sandwhich what so Ever. The Sandwich was very DRY. Truly a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Read more
Imagine stopping at Jersey Mike's Subs after having to go into work at the last minute on a Saturday. You pick up your sandwich... and drive home happy to finally relax and eat??you?re not even half way through your sandwich when you notice a strand of hairpeeping through your bitten sandwich. With disappointment you call the store Jersey Mike's Subs and share that you have hair inyour tuna sandwich only to have to tell every detail of your visit repeatedly before they address the hair in your sandwich. Finally you ask what they will offer for the inconvenience and the present the option of getting in your car and drivingalllllllllllllllll the way back to said location for a replacement or getting a credit for a sandwich. You choose a credit andthe young lady on the phone asks you for every detail of your sandwich. You oblige then you get to one detail she seems veryconfused by; ?pepper relish? . Then she proceeds to insinuate that you didn?t come there because Jersey Mike?s doesn?t havepepper relish???ahhhhhh but they do ????. So on principle as soon as the call is over you google Jersey Mike?s Pepper Relish(see attached). So you call back and ask to speak to the manager when you discover that?s who you were speaking to allllllalong. Believe her name was Faith. Ask her what does she call pepper relish?..walk her through the whole condiments selectionall for her to say I don?t know and then finally settle on peppers. At this point you?re hungry and frustrated so you expressyour frustration of a manager not knowing the products available at her store to which she says ?Have a good night? and proceedsto hang up on you. Yeah that just happened to El and I?m angry for him. Also should add we have still been coming here eventhough they?ve gotten orders wrong and slopped some orders together. Read more
Kelly is writing this review about two amazing employees I met at the Frankfort location !! Leslie and Terrance were the two I... had making my sandwiches today .. no only was I greeted politely and with smiles they asked if I needed anything extra for mysandwiches since I couldn?t dine in . With these times being so trying and different it was very refreshing to meet two verykind and sweet individuals who completely turned my day way around to a great one!! Very nice young people working. Not a very clean work area. One young lady was wiping the counter where the sandwich is made. It... was a dirty damp rag that was used. The other young lady put the tortilla wrap on the damp counter that still wasn't clean. Thethree people working all were polite and welcoming. They need additional training on prep cleanliness. I wouldn't go thereagain if that didn't change. I like Jersey Mike's sandwiches. My expectations are high for any food service. Food is veryexpensive these days. Training good people properly should be a top priority. Besides the fact every customer sees what is goingon. Like I said they all were nice just need some training. Read more
Best subs in the area! Really fast and full of flavor. I always get the Mike's way. The staff is always in a good mood and... very helpful. Kids seem to enjoy the food although it is a big sub for the little guys. Probably end up eating air more than Ishould but it is delicious. Read more
