I have to admit I eat pizza hut a lot and I like Pizza Hut in general but my experience at this store was sub par. Of all the... hundreds of times I?ve ordered pizza this store was the first ever that I made an order online and 20 minutes later they calledto let me know they were out of stuffed crust that I?d have to get another crust. That alone was very disappointing. Then thepizza took 40 minutes to be ready to pick up. They didn?t offer any discount for this and I had to ask for the difference tobe deducted for the extra I paid for the stuffed crust. I would?ve rated this worse but the employee working seemed like he wasthe only person there and obviously doing his best. The pizza still tasted good, it just took forever and didn?t have thestuffed crust ???? I?d eat somewhere else the next time I?m in town. Read more

I ordered online so there was no interaction with employees. The deliverer was on time and made a no contact delivery. The only... issue i had was with the online payment. It took multiple tries for the payment to go through. Error payment didn't go through.put in card info, even though they already had my card info. I had ordered a pizza for a specific time well in as advance and the pizza was 20+ minutes late. We areonly 10 minutes from the... restaurant. While I understand every place is struggling to keep employees, I thought ordering ahead for a specific time wouldguarantee a more timely delivery. Pizza was warm but not hot. The pizza and breadsticks were cold and had been tossed around. I have ordered many times and this was the first time this has... happened. My app said delivery would be at approximately 8:09 PM and my order did not arrive until 8:45 which is probably why itwas no longer hot. We heated it up in the microwave and still enjoyed it. Our pizza was great. Usually order hand tossed but tried thin instead. Very surprised how good it was. Great crispy crust.
