This is the worst Starbucks I?ve gone to. To start off the drive through is a mess and long waits and the parking lot is a mess... with cars and I?m always afraid to get hit by other cars. there?s Theres too much traffic. My elderly grandma I sent indide toget a drink since the drive through I didn?t want to wait and figured I?d be waiting a longer time. It wasn?t the case. Theywere training new people on a Monday morning and served all the drive through customers then my elderly grandma was last. Badmanagement train employees when it?s less busy later in the afternoon or before opening. When my elderly grandma asked about herdrink a simple drink that?s premade the lady snapped and said she?s making it now and there training. Terrible customer serviceand the place wasn?t clean either. I?ve visited many other Starbucks and this is a craphole. Twenty minutes for one drink when Iwatched ten other cars get thier drinks. Hire better workers better management. Avoid this location. Read more
They ran out of medium cups...so they offered the larger cup at no up charge. Best Frappuccino ever
Well gosh darn my favorite (and only good employee ive ever seen work here) employee B. B. (Billy B.) Doesnt work here anymore,... no reason to come in, find a new fartbucks, without B.B. they dont stand a chance of surviving, reminds me of that tragedy. Read more
I don't understand why this location is the only one that doesn't fill your cup full on a venti shaken expresso. All other... starbucks I have ordered the same thing with no ice they have no issue filling the cup full not this place 3/4 full. Alwayswaste of money and time coming here. Read more
I?ve never been to a more obnoxious Starbucks in my life. Most Starbucks are peaceful, soft music playing, and a great place to... work outside of the office. The staff here are loud, screaming, having very loud conversations about killing bugs in theirhomes, their relationships, singing off key really annoying songs, laughing hysterically. It?s great they?re having fun butthis usually peaceful coffee shop sounds like a junior high lunch room. It?s impossible to work in. Don?t advertise yourbusiness as a ?second place? for people to come work in or read a book while having a cup of coffee if you?re actually going tohave a staff that thinks this is recess and scream across the cafe like unhinged children. On top of the obnoxious behavior,this cafe is dirty. There?s garbage on the floors, the tables are sticky, there?s wasps on the windows. I had to switch seatsbecause there were wasps crawling all over the table I was at. The baristas are behind the bar drinking their own drinks whilemaking orders, which seems unsanitary. The baristas at this location are amazing! I love the outdoor seating. Perfect for reading and enjoying the weather.
Been here a few times the first time I had to wait a few minutes would have been quicker going through drive thru the second... time was a little better however drive-through wasn't as busy as the first time I was here so I guess it's a matter ofpreference once you're in the door you don't matter however that's business I would come back and I recommended this store thecoffee at Starbucks is always been a little pricey if cost is not an issue with you!
