The inside of the restaurant is filled with flies. The lobby was filled with customers waiting on food. All attention is spent... on drive-thru. The curbside pickup is completely blocked by the massive line for the drive-thru. Curbside pickup used to be onthe other side of the restaurant and was easy access now it's super inconvenient to use at all. I waited around 30 minutes forone combo meal. While the drive-thru had dozens and dozens of people rushed through. Read more
I don't usually review fast food places, but this McDonald's has earned my review. 35 minutes I was waiting on my food inside... the building. The drive thru was moving as fast as could be. I wasn't the only one. One guy was waiting on his food for 46minutes to find out they had it behind the counter the hole time. There we're 7 other people waiting over 20 minutes when Ifinally got my food. Oh and BTW my food was burnt to where I couldn't even eat it. Read more
They do not wait on both drive thru lanes consistently. Had a line of 4 backed up in one while the other cleared out completely.... We all backed up and changed lanes. Then took a looooong time to even take the first car's order. After 20ish minutes I leftempty handed because they switched to the lunch menu when it was finally my turn to order and I was there for breakfast. Shouldhave just stuck with Burger King. Read more
McDonald's real true value, in my opinion, is their Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. $5.87, including tax. If it climbs over $6.00,... I'll no longer be a fan, however. I've lost interest in most of their other menu items because too costly for the value you get.Seems as if Micky D's lost touch with much of their base of the past but evidently still getting the bulk of the burgerbusiness. Maybe because they maintain longer opening hours??? I can't understand why this location doesn't offer the Steak, Egg& Cheese bagel as it is actually more filling and tastier, too. I'm from out of town and was hoping to get lunch on my way through. It was about 10:40 am and on extended breakfast till 11am... because it is Saturday. 24 hours a day but will accept mobile order. Get to store provide the code then say window get told we're closed. Or biggest... issue is order food linked to your card verified your order. Places hold or pending on your charge card. Dives a receipt saysamount then approved balance due. Then at window your forced to pay again. Double billed . About 4-5 days later your creditedback the amount that the card was charged for. Plus if you used a deal $1.00 fries or BoGO you only get one per day so youforfeit it. Read more
