Placed an online delivery order at 5:30, it said it would be delivered in 45 minutes. Called to check on it after almost an hour... and was told it was out for delivery. Absolutely ridiculous service here! I did an online order at 5:50pm and scheduled pick up at 7:00pm. Went to pick the pizzas up... and they weren?t even started. Apparently they don?t do scheduled pickups but online gives you the option to schedule when youwant to pick it up? Poor communication and rude! Very disappointed. My order arrived burnt, I called the store and the person I spoke to advised that, she didn't know how that... could have happened, and advised that it wasn't burnt when it left the store. She gave me a store credit. I ordered the sameitems three days later. I received my order about an hour later, and it too was burnt, and the inside was cold. I sent picturesto their regional office. I received an apology from regional and a code for another meal, I think I'll just pass. Officialreview. Negative. 1. Very pricy for what you get. 2. If using delivery, it takes a very long time to receive your order. 3.When you call in, your placed on hold for a very long time. It's a 50/50 chance speaking to a human. 4. The 2 staff members Ispoke to were rude, expressing their frustration with having a lack of staff, and insinuating that I put their burnt productback in the oven. 5.
