I really do wish I could be more positive here. But Applebee's is just terrible these days. As always, the service was amazing.... So good, even though the food was dreadful, I still left a decent tip. But from what I noticed, I'm pretty sure other patronswasn't so forgiving. Applebee's, please get your act together. Read more
Just ordered from them. Will not do it again. First, they were 30 minutes late with my online order. Second, a staff member... stared so hard at my husband with two masks he walked into another waiter and broke glass and dropped food. Lastly, our orderwas wrong. Now I remember why I stopped going. The wait staff at this place are AMAZING!! The manager however that we dealt with was very unprofessional and almost ruined our... experience. We had a very large group coming into the restaurant so we called ahead and was told it was fine. Upon arriving themanager made a bunch of comments about how we can?t just show up with that many people. We explained we called and he stillcontinued to say how they couldn?t serve that many people. The wait staff stepped in and moved tables accommodating us andassured us it was ok. From then on the waitresses killed it! We had all our food out in less than an hour, all was correct andhot. We never were out of drinks or in need of anything. Kudos to the staff, unfortunate that you had a manager on duty thatcast a shadow over how wonderful this could have been. Read more
No hostess on duty so we had to seat ourselves but the waitress was nice .
Shajina is awesome. She?s the only reason I come here. I?ve been coming here for years. She makes everybody last few... multitasking.
