The fact that the kitchen and then the server brought out what they thought was Ultimate Nachos to our table was an abomination.... I cannot believe this is what you serve at this location. An absolute joke. Saturday night, out of Beer of the Month,Traditional Wings and garbage food sent out to the table. As a former manager for franchise and corporate locations, I?ve beendisgusted with the service, food quality and experience in this restaurant. Do better. This is a disgrace to the company. Read more
Was here on a Saturday night , waited for over 15 minutes , for the waitress to come over . She explained , they had two servers... walked out . I felt extremely bad for her , but the management should have said something . The hostess , could have said thatthey were under staffed , the wait may be long . That would have made the experience better . The food was excellent ! Read more

Service is ALWAYS good but the food unfortunately is mediocre. If I don?t go in to sit down,than I order my nachos cause the... taste is great,but it?s either just COLD or the toppings are dumped in the middle AND cold. Husband orders his wings certainway,it doesn?t come that way?. Yesterday ordered nachos again,server remembered me and asked the kitchen to make sure it?sevenly spread out so that was not an issue,but sure enough,everything was cold. Idk how you can mess up a salad but Bdubs finds a way. This is the saltiest salad I've ever had. No joke - salty as sea... water. I got the Caesar Salad to try and be somewhat healthy and to be honest I think even a burger would be healthier than allthis salt. Not only is the dressing basically concentrated salt water, the chicken is over-salted too. And the croutons. Everypart of this salad is *extra* salty. I wanted salt to be on my fries, which were supposed to come with my order but were notincluded. Maybe they thought salting the salad was good enough. Either way, if you want something healthy, don't go here. Maybea wings and burger joint isn't the best place to try and be healthy anyway, but perhaps they shouldn't even pretend to havehealthy options if they're just going to be trash. Read more
This place is a bar and grill chain. Extremely noisy atmosphere with televisions surrounding the dining room offer continual ... overstimulation. I couldn't hear my hostess or my server and felt like we were all shouting...and we were! If you like thistype of noisy boisterous atmosphere then you might like it. Definitely NOT a family type restaurant although I saw many youngfolks there with young children which is astounding. Very expensive for what was ordered. Just under thirty dollars plus tipmade it over thirty for 2 people and order consisted of a burger and fries and a chicken sandwich with fries and 2 dietcolas. Food was mediocre - typical chain. I always like the atmosphere and attentive staff at my local BWW! My food was too Go. And still delicious!
