Let's start where every good story starts: at the beginning. We arrived at 4pm and wrongly assumed that it would be a quick... in-and-out. We stood at the hostess station for what felt like 15 minutes before being seated. Upon entering the dining area, wenoticed many tables waiting to be cleaned. Ours was clean thankfully (not a lot to choose from). I am not sure if the girl thatseated us was the hostess. If it was, they need to reconsider. She had no personality and as the dining experienced wore on,didn't appear to have any work ethic. Our waiter, Barry, finally showed up to take our drink orders and seemed surprised that noone had been by yet (leading me to believe that he maybe wasn't actually our waiter). Barry had a great personality and was veryfriendly. He took time to bring things and do refills, but he always remembered what we had asked for. I think he was purelyoverwhelmed due to the lack of initiative from coworkers. As we were waiting for food, another family with two young kids gotfed up with the wait and left. The food was very good once we got it and as we were eating, it was very entertaining to watchnot only the initial girl, but other workers barely attempting to clear and wipe tables. I saw a girl with four stars on herapron (how are these earned?) pick up a plate off a nearby table and let a straw wrapper fall to the ground and never bent downto pick it up. All other patrons had the same look of disbelief on their faces as we did. Some of the workers need to spend sometime with the Amish to learn work ethic. Is it something that can be taught? In summation, food is symbolized by the first starand Barry our waiter earned the second star. Most of the other workers should be fired for lack of work ethic. I know this canbe difficult, especially with the lack of people wanting to work. Maybe switch to merit-based pay? Read more

Very poor dining experience, wasn't seated until 1+ hour after arriving, said they text our table was ready never called our... name on speaker. After asking they seated us, waited on service took awhile 10 minutes they took order and drinks. Drinks cameout plastic cups and plastic forks. Was told their having problems today, ask for straws when they were delivered waitress laidstraws on table and dumped another customer iced tea in my lap. We wiped up tea and floor with paper napkins and dried myselfoff the best we could. Asked to speak with manager waited and she came out with 2 small rags, never I'd herself until we asked, said the restaurant was just having a bad day she was sorry. Table next to us said they'd been waiting 2 hours and still hadn'tgot their food. After hearing that we said we're just leaving, only word she said I'm sorry. I understand the waitress feltstressed, I don't blame her at all. But no one came to clean up the mess we did it and left, maybe a long time before I'm back.If they short on help it would have better to close for the day. Store was a mess and there were other unhappy customers thanus. I've dined here many times but never ran into this bad. If I could there would be o stars. Read more

I order lunch about once a week from this location. Today was the day that stops. Went to pick up my order (grilled chicken... salad and a 32 oz diet coke.) My diet coke was in a 12 oz coffee cup...the kind where the bubble lid is on top for whippedcream. My salad was the size of a side salad in a plastic container and my salad dressing was not in there. I get times are hardbut if customers give you their business and their hard earned money, don't screw them over. This was ordered online and paidfor. Definitely not worth the 15 bucks spent. When I asked about the drink I was told they ran out of their big cups and when Iasked about the salad I was told it was just packaged in a different container. This salad is literally half the size of what itnormally is. Read more

First the good. Breakfast sandwich was perfect as was the hash brown casserole. My server, Olivia, was awesome. Very attentive... and professional. Only negatives were the decaf coffee is awful and when I pulled the chair out to sit down it was sticky on myhand and the floor. They could probably use a goodcleaning instead of just a quick wipe. Still, I would come back. Read more

Food is very good, but it is always so crowded. We had a 50 minute wait to get in. Once in, it was so noisy, we couldn't hear... the waiter or ourselves speaking and spent the time shouting at each other to successfully he heard and trying to swallow thefood rapidly to get out of there. Gave me a headache and was less than enjoyable. Cracker Barrel needs to open another locationto handle all of the customers better. Read more
