We had the food delivered by door Dash and were given the wrong food and we did not get our drinks. So I called the store to try... and get this taken care of and could not get anyone on the phone. I ended up getting refunded through doordash credits for thehalf of the food that was incorrect and the missing drinks. Hardee's never would answer the phone and I called four or fivetimes. If an establishment is going to offer delivery of their food then they should double check it before it leaves the storeto make sure it is correct. At first I thought maybe they were just very busy but the door Dasher said that there were nocustomers there. Tables dirty had to clean one to eat on. Floor dirty needed sweeping. No customers people just leaning instead of cleaning... lobby. Bathroom dirty. West side Frankfort Kentucky is where this experience happened 8/7/22 5pm. 731/22 East side FrankfortKentucky worst previous weekend, so we tried west side of town. No better. Read more
Wife's burger was burnt. Mine had a super stale bun.It was HARD. When I told the rude , incompetent manager he said 'I didn't... make them!'. No idea about customer service! I just wanted someone to say "Sorry for your problems with the food." Read more
Great service and great food. Guys at the drive thru were very friendly and I got my order quickly.
I stopped going this particular Hardees years ago because my order was always wrong, the quality was poor and the workers were... always rude. The past few months I've been going back and it's so good I go everytime I am on the east side of town. I alwaysuse the drive-thru and the young man named Kevin is always extremely pleasant, polite and accommodating! Read more
I ordered a Hand- breaded chicken sandwich meal. I waited a while, then finally here comes my meal!! Got it home to... eat.... Opened the box and I got a cold grilled chicken sandwich..cold fries and watered down drink.....won't be going backthere... I've learned the hard way to ALWAYS check my order before I leave... They were super friendly and even though they were closing in thirty min still cooked all my food fresh and dropped me my pies... fresh for me too. I never get bad service or food here and that can be hard to find sometimes these days. Read more
