Food definitely wasn't the freshest, I was a little shocked because we always have great food and service there
Impatient, didn't smile and or greet me but instead had a rude look on their face, bacon on burger tasted bad. And curly fry box... had small bits an peices of frys the entire box. Again did not say hi, thank you, smile, or anything friendly at all. Read more

Food was good however the reason for 5 stars is the exceptional customer service. Ordered food for me and my co workers and the... attendant at the speaker was extremely helpful and courteous. Then when I got to the window the lady was very friendly here aswell,(I could tell from the voice it was two different women). The food didn't take long but as we were sitting there she askedme how the day was going and didn't complain at all even though they were clearly busy. I told her thanks for being awesome anddefinitely will be coming back. I know I can't expect this everytime but you always hear about the bad so I thought I'd sharesome good where it's due. These guys were AWESOME! The place was packed due to the 127 World's Longest Yard Sale. They actually had employees show for... work. Everyone was hustling. It was clean. Biscuits were great, as the Hardee's biscuits are. They deserve 10 stars. Read more
My wife and I stopped here for a quick breakfast before our busy day and were greeted at the drive thru by a friendly, upbeat... voice. Very patient and allowed us to take our time to order. My family and I go to the chicken swap in Lawrenceburg a couple times a month and we come from Owenton. This Hardee's location... is always always my stop for breakfast on the way there. They're always nice, even early in the morning. The food is alwaysfresh and delicious. Service is excellent. Read more
