What a joke. I've never wasted money like this. $18 a plate and just a tiny bit of food, LITERALLY $18 for what you see in that... picture. Don't waste your time. Oil soaked overcooked hush puppies. Flavorless potatoes. Grits were congealed slop. Don'teven get me started on the bread. A po boy should be on fresh French bread, I'm almost certain they were using ciabata bread. That's twice I've been totally disappointed by a DDD restaurant. Won't happen again. As a New Orleans native, this place wasterrible. Read more

This place is a joke. I could not believe when I opened the boxes what was in them. I am totally disappointed with Triple D for... anything they had to do in promoting this place. I ordered 3 meals and all three went in the trash. The étouffée wasunrecognizable and was a teaspoon of it put on some grits for $18. The crayfish pie was so small a slice you could not tell whatit was. If Guy got the sampler looking like what we got, I am surprised he did not walk out. There is not a single positivething I can say about the place out the food. Read more

My mom wanted to go here because she had heard so many fabulous things. We got inside and there's 2 tables and a counter. All... was dirty but the waitress did clean up the table relatively quick once we sat down. The menu looked good and my mom wanted totry the alligator poboy but we were told they were out. Instead she ordered a pulled pork and I got their lunch deal burger.Neither of us were very impressed. It was good that we went but we won't be back. Oh and going down to the bathroom in thebasement with the door that doesn't lock was just slight scary Read more

If you like a laid back ?dive? experience with 5 star quality food, this is the place for you! We ate until we were stuffed to... the gills and every bite was delicious and satisfying. We had fried asparagus, Brussels sprouts, Mississippi catfish, garlic andcheese grits, crawfish pie, fried oysters, pulled pork BBQ. Oh, and the homemade french bread is to die for as well! Could notrecommend this place enough. We will be back again. Read more

Sat outside due to road construction in front of business. Service was good & fast. Had the oyster po boy. Was okay, on the... small side for $17.95. Construction has a major impact on the restaurant & continues for months making it almost inaccessible. Read more

I really enjoyed the DDD Sampler. The soft shell crab had a good flavor but I would have like tomatoes etc on it. I personally... didn't like the hush puppies or the alligator because there was way too much pepper for me. There are picnic tables under a bigshade tree with a nice mural to look at. Read more
