The last 6 out of 10 times I have been to Wendy's ... My Order is not Correct. There is at Least one Item wrong, or the... Hamburger(s) is not Deluxed. The sandwiches are cold, or the meat has been recooked after its set for a while. Fries are coldand hard old ... We buy for a family of 5 adults so the least we spend is 15 dollars Tonight I walk in to order for take out. No one was in front of us nor did anyone come in behind us. We waited over 15 min for our order 2 mins before we left 2 otherladies finally walked in. There was only 3 cars in drive thru. Sad thing is tonight i told the cashier how the last few times myorder hasnt been right and that i wasnt complaining cause i wanted my money back or free food i just wanted this order to beright and fresh. So we thought since we waited 15 min it was going to be right and fresh and hot ...well we was wrong the 2burgers was cold and not deluxed only onion the fries was cold the chicken nuggies was reheated and hard the bacon on the frieswas hard like possible break a tooth hard no cheese on the chili cheese fries. This place has gotten is horrible... when iwas handed my food i had to wait on the cashiers to take the ladies order that came in Behind me and she made their pinklemonade drink took care of them ans then git our 5 frosties together. Don't go in the evening. They are SUPER SLOW .!!! I waited 30 mins before I could order and 20 before I got my food. A total of... 45 mins because something was missing and I needed sauce. No trouble or wait times during the day Read more
So now to beat up the so called giant of fast food?.. This review is solely based on this location. Ordered a salad combo (... with fries) and was bless with this monstrosity. ( pic below)???????? When I asked the woman at the drive could I get a fullfry carton she very rudely said ?it?s full ?. Well looky at this picture. When you are in a good establishment that serves thegeneral public, your costumers are always right although they could be wrong, but you bless them with a1 costumer service. I wanted to try the strawberry frosty and the "new" fries. I was not disappointed. I remember their fries were too salty before... and a lil soggy, not no'mo. They are crispy and just the right amount of saltiness. The frosty was delish too, tho it didn'tcome out pink at the time. I thought they gave me a vanilla flavor and they informed me there was an issue with the coloring.But it still tasted like strawberries. Waited 30 minutes both in the drive thru and inside the building on my order, a kid's chicken nugget meal and a baked potato... with cheese. Got the kid's meal and drink mostly fine in drive thru but they forgot the baked potato. Totally fine been thereforgotten things myself. Went inside and was a greeted by a gentleman saying "best be patient you're gonna have to wait" and awhole other line of people waiting either on their orders or on corrections. There one was guy up front asking people what theywere waiting on when an order came up and they could get to the register. One couple was waiting on a sizeable order that theguy up front didn't know where it is, a doordasher just trying to make sure the order he's picking up is right and being rudelyinformed it is, however after he leaves it seems he was probably given the couples order. The couple finally gets a refund thatis short what they paid (she had her reciept). The gentleman from earlier was waiting on his chicken sandwich for longer than Iwas my order finally got his about 15 minutes after I had walked in so who knows how long he was waiting. 6 employees walk inand out of the building just glancing at everyone waiting and the guy up front would periodically come back asking what acustomer was waiting on while no one is taking orders the whole times inside the building I finally get the single thing Ineeded and could leave. Slowest fast food at night i have ever seen in life. They need to hire more better trained employees. I would def not... recommend if u are in a hurry. Food was old and cold and not even correct. Def dont go there soon if u value time and money!!!!!! Read more
Satisfactory food, but check your order down to the toppings on your sandwich. They always forget something. Just ordered the... classic that comes with bacon. No bacon. My order was wrong the last three visits. Not sure I?ll go back. Read more
Came late at night around 1020 very rude I couldn't see the menue and the lady made fun of my husband's accent saying I can't... understand you very mean, then our order was wrong. Despite us being the only car there we were treated very badly. I will notreturn to this Wendy's!! Read more
