This is a horrible Burger King! The last two time I have came the have messed my order up bad. I live 14 minutes away. 28... minutes wasted in one week driving back to this place to have my order corrected. If you are in Franklin go any where elsebesides this Burger King! My last time going. I have some very specific food restrictions they are more than happy to accommodate me. The fries are always hot the only thing... we miss is the strawberry milkshakes. I love the Burger King in Taylorsville Indiana the staff there are very friendly andaccommodating. Read more
Pretty good. I haven't been in a Burger King in years because I'm not a fan of mayo on my burger and that's their standard. The... place was empty which seems odd for 5 pm but whatever. The kid behind the counter was super nice and friendly and helpful. Thefood came pretty quick and it was tasty. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich was great. It started out a little more smoky BBQ butended up turning more spicy. The fries are a smidge thicker than I prefer but cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside and fluffyon the inside and they were delivered super hot and fresh. Wife got the Whopper Jr. and said it seemed smaller than sheremembered but she said it was OK. She would get it again. My only complaint would be the drinks. They have one of those Cokemachines with the touch screen and lots of options. Except most of the options were grayed out as unavailable. They did havediet Dr. Pepper which is one of our favorites so that wasn't terrible. The ketchup dispenser also seemed empty and there were nocups for it anyway but they did have a box of single serve squeeze packets on the counter. The whole place was clean but italways seems weird when they leave the sanitizing bucket and mop bucket out. All in all it was a good experience and I woulddefinitely recommend Burger King for sure if you're looking for burgers without clowns and happy meals. Read more

Was clean, fresh French fries, tasty burger, quiet atmosphere!
Advertise 24 hour lunch food. Was told it would be a 10 minute wait for a burger. It's 10:10. I understand it can be annoying to... make a burger when it's breakfast time. I just expected more courtesy. Had me pull up and waited the 10 minutes, when she cameto deliver my food was told I'd have to walk inside to get ketchup since I "didn't ask for it." Good charbroiled whoppers. Fries had little to no salt which was great for me as I cannot have much salt.
