I?m just visiting for the holiday and was looking for a local spot to grab some drinks. After reading through the reviews and... how horrible this Chase guy is I was drawn in like a moth to a flame to see if he could live down to these low standards. They hardly ever answer the phone to take food orders. I just walked in to order, no one even knew how to take an order because... the guy (Chase) walked out after he seen me standing at the counter. A cashier eventually tried to help me but didn?t know howto enter the order into the computer. When Chase came back in he said to the cashier, what are you doing? You should have madehim wait. I am beyond angry. I ordered food at 9pm for delivery. I was automatically quoted a delivery time of 10:05. At 9:55 I received a... text claiming my order was canceled or modified and to contact the store. No one answering the phone and my account was charged$52 for food I never received. This is beyond unacceptable. Read more
I come here daily. And there are some of the nicest people that work here. All so friendly. But I just walked out of there. And... the cashier who is on this moment is the nastiest person that has worked here. I gave a 5 star because Of all my daily visits.But had I not been a regular, I would have given her a 1 star. It's nice to see a Casey's around here. I just moved from up north, so it kinda makes me feel more at home. I've been to this... location a few times. My bf often sends me here to pick him up pizza, if I plan on stopping by his work. My son also LOVES thispizza too. Their customer service is great. Their hours suck though. They close rather early compared to other gas stations inthe area. Will definitely be returning! Read more
