The service here was very quick. When you first walk in, you have the most cozy feeling and it felt home-like. I was very... satisfied with the food and the coffee was flavorful. This restaurant is a great place to eat. Their biscuits and gravy are among the best that I have had. They have a breakfast... buffet on the weekends that is very reasonably priced at only $10. I wish they were open in the evenings because I would mostlikely eat there more often. I highly recommend checking Don & Donna's out. You won't be dissapointed. Read more
First time since they re-opened. 2/8/2019 between 9:30 and 10:00 AM , had breakfast. Not real happy, sorry. Good size portions.... Sausage gravy tasted like flour, 4 pieces of bacon 3 burnt 1 under done and salty, hash browns were burnt and VERY salty, 1biscuit was over done 1 was ok, scrambled eggs were good. This was the same for my wife and mine. All and all not worth $9.00each. We will give another try probably for lunch. There is a better place in Franklin for breakfast, maybe a little moreexpensive but have never had a bad meal. I know if you talk to the manager they will say we will re-cook everything. My opinionis, I already waited 20 minutes the first time and it should be GOOD the first time around. Should have probably given 1 star,but wanted to try lunch first. Read more
