Decided to try again, 1st time burgers were "pink" did a review, manager gave us free meal, 2nd trip things were OK. 3rd time... was yesterday, my husband ordered well done, they were, but OMG there was so much salt we couldn't eat them, we had to scrapeoff toppings & rinse the burger in water, that cost us $34.00. Got my 2 year old lunch here and asked for a hamburger due to severe lactose intolerance- burger has cheese and was very... undercooked and cold in the middle. Super disappointing especially when it comes to your kids safety when eating somewhere likethis. Read more

Went for dinner with family,upon walking in the the brightly haired girl behind counter says F@#k very loudly because nobody... else was inside eating there. Quickly decided against it when the smell hit , with a quick glance you could see why with piecesof hamburger and fries and trash on the floor throughout the dining area. Walking out the door the same girl then proceeded totell the staff in the kitchen "they're F@#king leaving" I will not be back to this establishment cause if the dining room lookedthat way I could only imagine the food preparation area is not be as clean as it probably should be . Took the grandkids and their parents to Freddy's for a meal after the local circus. Employees were nice, and service was good. ... I remember the opening of this place and since then the cleanliness seems to have declined. The food was decent. Read more

Came here over the weekend and spent 5 minutes waiting in the drive thru and no one came on the intercom to take our order. I... went inside and informed them that their drive through isn't working. The place was a mess, overflowing trash cans, no lids forcups, and trash on the floors and tables. They forgot to put onions on my chili fries and forgot the fry sauce I ordered. Ittook me 30 minutes to get my food with only two people in front of me. To say this was the first time this has happened would bea joke. I had high expectations for this place. I heard it was considered today's Steak N Shake, where I worked at during college. I was... pretty excited to see one by my house. Unfortunately this left no impression on me. The custard was good, but that's pretty hardto mess up. The burgers weren't the best and the fries weren't good either. Bad food and unfriendly people This is my second trip to Freddy's and MY LAST. First visit I ordered a Chili Dog..extra... onions and NO CHEESE. I was eating indoors and it was the first time I had been there. Service was really slow but since itwas lunchtime I didn't think much of it. Finally, after 35 minutes they called our number and there is my Chili Dog, coveredwith Cheese. I was not thrilled but I told them to please correct the order. They did and after another wait I was able toeat but by then the fries were cold. One month later, I decided to try the drive-up. There was only one car outside and one inthe drive up. I was in a hurry so I went to the drive up and once again. One Chili Dog and fries, Extra ONIONS....NO CHEESE. After a reasonable wait, I got my order and pulled into a parking spot to check my food. The fries were piping hot but onceagain....a chili dog covered with cheese. Once again....I got in line, waited until I could get up to the window. When theyopened the window, I opened the box and showed the girl that this had cheese and I ordered it without. I waited patientlyand she handed me a big bag and once again...I pulled up and checked my food. What they served to me I can only say I wishedI had taken it straight to the Health Department!!! I seriously looked like someone either puked on it or they pour a glass ofwater on it after they put some chili on it. My only regret is that I handed it back to them and told them to keep the moneyand the sandwich. It was not fit to eat. I did take a picture and send it to my friend and saved it for the review. I don'tknow if the cook was trying to be sarcastic or they are really just sick people but I do know one thing. BEWARE of theFREDDY"s in Franklin. That food does not look safe and I wouldn't trust it ...much less spend my money on it. Read more

Stopped in today for a quick lunch. Got the jalapeno double steakburger combo. It was pretty good. It's nice that they don't... just throw a slice of pepperjack cheese on it and call it quits. There's also a spicy sauce and some actual jalapenos on there! Definitely a little spice, but it won't have you sweating or anything. Also comes with shoestring fries, which I am typicallynot a fan of, as they don't hold their heat. But since I was dining in, that problem was easily solved by eating them first. The jalapeno fry sauce is really something special. Would have given four stars, but cleanliness seemed to not be high on theirpriority list. Wiping down the tables would be a good start. Trash can was full. Dirty floors, and condiment station/sodafountain area wasn't so great, either. It's unfortunate, but I've been there several times, and it's always like that, so Iknow it's not an isolated incident, or busy day, or staffing issues (there were plenty of people working today). Just seems tonot be a priority. I'm sure I'll be back yet again, but always go in knowing that I'll have to clean my own table before I eat. Read more
