So, up until now we've always had a good experience here. Today me and my two boys went in to get donuts. First off while the... woman was making our order she was putting a Door Dash order together at the same time, which left us feeling like she didn'tpay attention. Then proceeded to say we had reached our dozen when we only had 11 donuts in the box and even argued with meabout it, saying we had 12. We counted the donuts 3 times in the parking lot and only counted 11. Don't argue with the customerand if you feel that rushed, SLOW DOWN. I don't normally leave bad reviews but that was completely uncalled for. We will NOT beback. Read more

Love having Jacks in Franklin! Awesome place to bring kids too, they have a mini table with crayons and several coloring page... options for the taking! The boys loved to sit in chairs their own size and color while they ate. Got 3 of these massive icedwith sprinkles donuts for my 3 kids and the total was under $5! Can?t beat that for a snack stop for all the kids. Every timewe have been in, the employees have been so kind and helpful! Plus they have gluten free options. I don?t typically get thesebut have in the past and they?re a little dry but yummy! It?s so hard to get gluten free baked goods to taste good and they do agreat job. Read more
When I entered Jack's the counter lady was so pleasant. She greeted me and explained the specials and kept up a nice pleasant... conversation with me while she carefully chose two dozen mixed donuts. The donuts here are huge. They taste scrumptious. Theyare light and fluffy and there are so many different varieties it's hard to decide which one is my favorite. Got two dozen ofwonderfully mix and matched donuts. I am glad I stopped in today and will definitely be going back again. The store has an oldcountry bakery feel and they also serve hand dipped ice cream in a variety of unique flavors. Read more
I was able to walk out of Jack's with a donut the size of a small child for less than 2 dollars. Outstanding customer service... and a quaint atmosphere. Read more
Donuts are pretty decent. They just need to find more personable employees.
