Franklin Indiana Jimmy John's is a clean, decent place for quick sandwiches. I have been there on several occasions and it's... never been dirty on the inside and have not had a sandwich made incorrectly. The only negative experience I have had over theyears is one time I had to wait for 10 min or so while they were getting a large delivery order around. Read more

The family and myself have given this location plenty of tries. We have never placed and order with this location in Franklin... and actually received it correctly fulfilled. There is always something missing even after an excessive wait. If you attempt tocall you will be either ignored or placed on an eternal hold to which nothing ever gets fixed/corrected. We went through the drive through to place an order, we were the only ones there and no one was inside but the workers. Somehow... we still waited 12 mins for 2 sandwiches. One of them being only Turkey and cheese which they forgot the cheese so we got 2slices of Turkey on bread. The other sandwich was a beach club, which they forgot the avocado. Worst service I have everexperienced, will definitely never go back to that location. Read more
They literally saw me pull up 12 minutes before 9pm and they couldn?t even come to the microphone to tell me they were closed.... They just turned the lights off and hid like cowards. Please check your employees. Read more

Fresh food as always. BUT when they use the broom straight out of the hands of the guy sweeping the floor to drag a box off the... storage shelf from above the food preparation counter top. The sandwich makers stepped back in and continue to make thesandwiches and 2 more before I could get up to ask them to wipe down counter top they argued that no dirt fell from the broom tothe counter top. But yes they did wipe it down before making my sandwich. Read more
I've tried Jimmy John's before and the bread was hard and falling apart. It had been several years so I decided to try it... again and the bread was tough and hard to chew . The meat etc was good if they just had softer and better bread! Read more
