I just went through the drive through and ordered 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy and small Mac n cheese and a small cole... slaw. I get home and there is no gravy. This was one of the worst food experiences we've ever had, if I could give them 0 stars I would. We ordered almost $70 worth of... food. It was all wrong, not one thing was correct. We asked for a refund but the "manager" offered to make it all fresh andcorrectly. So we get home and the food is disgusting, tasted rancid and our chicken wings were BLOODY and RAW ON THE INSIDE! Iwent back to the restaurant and took them all of it. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't, the general manager had towhen she was in the next day. I love KFC mashed potatoes they are the best ever. This location however is the worst I've ever been in. Not only are they... unprofessional and they have forgotten several things each time I have ordered. When I ask for a receipt it's like they're beingput out. This location is very unclean and unsanitary. I watched an employee pick up a customers frys with his bare hands . The counters... , floors and kitchen are ALWAYS filthy. I work for doordash , and I would NEVER recommend anyone to eat here. I stopped takingthe doordash orders for here, because I couldn't take the filth anymore. Read more
KFC is great but this location is terrible. Have had issues the past two out of three times we?ve gone. Most of the time your... order is wrong and one time we got chicken that was so soggy you could tell it had been out for hours and was literally wet thatwe didn?t even eat, phone is always busy or off the hook. Went through the drive up earlier this evening. I ordered a 2 piece meal and this is what my chicken looked like. The bottom... half of it was dried out and the batter was wet and gooey and not crispy by any means. Most of the batter/skin was already offthe chicken when I got it. I love KFC but this location is ALWAYS disappointing. Management really needs to step up and takesome pride in that store! Read more
I just ordered 3 piece big box in drive through I asked for original and I asked for butter honey and jelly.
