Good news, they are under new ownership and seem to have a great team with wonderful customer service! I have been twice this... past month; first inside and tonight via the drive thru. NEW MANAGEMENT and STAFF I know there r a lot of bad reviews on here and this place deserved it not too long ago. However i was... just there last night. We ordered over the phone and when I showed up 20 minutes later my order was ready. I was also greeted bya very nice and smiling lady. Our pizzas were all correct and loaded with toppings. They close way earlier than they are saying they do. How would you know if you'll actually be able to order when you drive all... the way there? I tried calling in for 15 minutes straight and then drive there just to see the front lights off with a handfulof employees out back smoking and chatting. This place has so gone so down hill. I ordered a pizza and crazy breadsticks. The pizza was severely burnt. I ate some of the breadsticks and ended up accidentally... taking a bite out of one that appears to have mold on it. This is DISGUSTING! Read more
Disclaimer: this the only time I have ever had a bad experience at Little Caesar's. I ordered a lunch combo via the Little... Caesar's app at noon. It was not put into the oven (according to order tracking) until 1:11 PM. I then waited another 30 minutesbefore heading to the location. I don't always receive the "Ready" notification when it's ready. The employee was the only oneworking at this location today. He told me that there were no lunch combo preps done, so he couldn't make one. I politely askedfor a refund, and he told to contact Door Dash. I told him that I did not order delivery or through Door Dash. He did not knowhow to give me a refund and said he "knew" there was a way to get it online. He didn't know the process, but insisted that Icould get my money back online. Not a lot of money, but still. Every time we?ve come into this establishment, it has been nothing but blatant disrespect. We just ordered out deep dish pizza... online for pickup, we get there and everything is locked. No drive thru either. There were people inside that refused to evenspeak with us. If they were close, fine. But I, at a minimum, deserve a refund. Read more
Changing my review and star rating from 4 to 5 starts. I stopped in last night around 6:30 & went thru the drive thru. I ordered... a classic pepperoni pizza. The young man at the window who took my order was very nice and professional. They were extremelybusy so I needed to wait 6 minutes in my pizza. That was absolutely fine with me. When I went in to get it, it was the BESTpizza I?ve ever eaten. It was so hot and fresh. It was so good I ate 3 pieces on the way home lol. Some of the people who haveleft negative reviews don?t understand how busy this place is. I?ve been here many years and it?s always been busy. So what ifyou need to wait a few minutes on a HOT FRESH PIZZA?? ITS WORTH IT IN THE END. Especially for $5.90. Read more
Now starters im definitely biased. I worked for little ceasars for almost 6 years. That being said,the food and staff are... wonderful. They do the best they can for not having enough people. When I worked at this store i ran it open to close by myselfmost of the time. Hopefully they can get more people hired at all the stores so they don't work themselves to death. Read more
