The staff was unprofessional to say the least. There was an of the clock employee in a see through shirt and no hair net in the... back and handling customers orders. Disgusting, everyone acted very unprofessional and immature while they had multiplecustomers waiting for orders. A big bucket of soapy water spoiled and there was 2 employees literally just starting at it as itslowly came towards the dining area, never once did they think to grab a mop. Got my order after all this and a long wait in abag when I told them I was dining in. Then to top it off, they sorted me a medium fry and my daughters milk for her happy meal,so I had to go back up for that and wait for the kid to get off his phone to tell him what I needed. It is so rare that I go to McDonald's because it's garbage but I did today because I was in a hurry and lazy so I got my nephews... and myself McDonald's. Shame on me. Two of the meals were big mac meals and not one but both big macs had only one patty onthem. You can't tell me that's a mistake. They are purposely only putting one patty on them to save money and rip thecustomer off. So if you must eat at McDonald's don't go to this one because they are getting tricky over there. Read more

Pretty bad visit. Stopped in for a quick simple bite. The cashier kid was nice but something was going wrong in back. All the... workers seemed frazzled and panicking. They ended up locking the entry doors so they only had to deal with drive through. Thatwas clearly a mess too. I ended up cancelling the order and leaving. I was one of 5 people sitting way to long waiting for asimple order. This doesn?t seem an abnormal tale these days, I guess they really are having a hard time getting good workersbut I think bigger than that no good leadership/management. Read more

I had the most incredible experience on a Saturday morning due to one employee.. her name was Wendy and I believe she is the... lobby manager! The woman?s bathroom was out of toilet paper. I tried to call no one answered so my husband came in and asked them to bring me... some and they told him to take me some out of the mens bathroom?. Are you kidding me what a joke. We left without gettinganything! Read more

This McDonald's had very quick service, and the food was hot and fresh. I love that during breakfast they have a buy one get one... for a dollar deal on the sausage McMuffin, or sausage biscuit. We got 6 of them, and we were still in and out in under 5minutes, even with there being a line. Read more

Unfortunately, this visit was not great. First, almost all the tables were very dirty. Although, the bathroom was not bad. The... stall we used was acceptable, but my daughter ducked out of the other stall to use mine (I did not investigate why, I don't havethat kind of morbid curiosity). They called our order quickly, but it was all wrong. Before we could correct them, they calledour order again. This time the order was correct. But then as we sat there wondering whose order we were given, we overheard themanager scolding the employees about making mistakes. Everyone seemed overworked and under trained and honestly, I know thesefolks are getting paid that much. The burgers were... a bit burnt and dried out. It was not up to standards. This is why wechose McDonald's because we expect a certain standard. Then while we were eating, there was an issue with them running out offries so people were waiting around, piling up to get their orders. More orders were being sent out incorrectly. It just seemedreally sad and unfortunate. I hope they can get the training they need and enjoy their work a little bit in a positiveenvironment. But that's not what we experienced this time. This is a picture of our very strange double order of burnt burgerswe received.... one set was clearly ours with the tags, the other set had no tags on them at all, but were single pattiesinstead of the doubles we ordered.
