I received a traditional 14" three topping pizza for $27.10......No thank you. If it wasn't free due to a screw up on a previous... order I wouldn't have gotten this one. The pizza was just okay, nothing special. So if you are looking for that old NobleRoman's pizza flavor you will be disappointed. They have changed the dough recipe for both the hand tossed and Sicilian. I madeso much of it when I worked there in high school. They also don't cook on stone slabs any longer. Save your money and just goto Greeks or any other place really. Little Casers is would be better at this point. Read more

When you mess up an order on Uber eats, and you offer the customer a free pizza?. But then give him grief when he calls in to... redeem said free pizza, is not indicative of the type of customer service I would expect from the HIGHEST PRICED pizza joint inIndiana. ( No joke, research it)! There are only TWO people that have treated me well in the 3 times that I've beenthere!!! Kayla ( I believe she is some sort of manager or something similar) treated me kindly, kept me informed, and receiveda tip commensurate to my experience with her during my lunch visit a few months ago.Awesome employee in my eyes The other isnamed Suzy. She was doing her best to help me on the night in question and to get me the pizza. I asked her after sheapproached me, and she kept an eye out for it. I would avoid the manager Anne at all costs if she is at the register as she wasthe 1 being quite rude. She almost didn't want to take my order on the phone?. I told her that her general manager sent me anemail and that I wanted them to fulfill it please..she let out an audible HUFF. ???????? Anne told me my order would be readyin 10 to 15 min. Upon arrival, 20 minutes later, I approached the register and asked for Anne. She respond I am Anne. Sheseemed flustered and preoccupied. No communication on her part WHATSOEVER other than after telling her I was there to pick upthe pizza she said, "we'll get to it." ( really?!?.. I thought you said 15 min... I didn't arrive until it was 20 min after Icalled..AND IT HADNT EVEN BEEN STARTED??????) I was told after 5 minutes I'm next... and I waited for another 25 minutes for thepizza. Anne seemed in the weeds and frustrated and did not display professionalism nor any type of managerial behavior that Iwould consider positive or conducive to a business environment. She did spend what seemed like an inordinate amount of time withthe two other employees cutting pizza and whispering and staring. If you say 10 to 15 min, don't make the custo Read more

Nice to see NR coming back. The pizza is good, way over priced. $26 for a large 2 topping the size of a medium size elsewhere... and stingy with the toppings. $2.11 per slice, some no bigger than 2?x2 1/2?; actual size did not cut those in pic. Forgot thecup of cheese, didn?t forget to charge me for it. Read more

Stopped in for lunch on a weekday. Not much of a crowd. Service was friendly and prompt. Menu was a little different, some... standard stuff with some pretty off the wall stuff. Beer selection was disappointing for a place that bills itself as craftpizza and beer. Just some local brews that can be had readily at any grocery store. No rotating taps or seasonal offerings. Got the Fire in the Hole pizza, which was pretty decent, but not terribly exciting. A bit light on the toppings for the price. The breadsticks were pretty good. Kinda reminded me of those giant soft pretzels. A touch of spice in the cheese sauce, butnothing extravagant. In all, not bad, but there are many better options in this category at this price point. It's the same as the 80's, 90's era Nobel. Albeit with some modernization.Still has the same signature Detroit style deep dish,... bread sticks and cheese. Nice beer selection. Sprecher root beer on tap for customers to enjoy unlimited refills. Big screen TVwas playing an old Felix the Cat cartoon. As a kid I remember the local Nobel Romans showing the old cartoons and 3 Stooges. Will visit again next time I'm in town. Read more

Way overpriced, but pizza is decent. And staff was incredibly helpful and upbeat! Our carry out total was $76 before tip for... the following: 2 large thin crust pizzas, one deep dish, and 12 breadsticks with sauce. The breadsticks are yummy but so thinand $1 piece. See photo. A large pizza is really just an average sized pizza so in my opinion, is not worth $24 (!!) for thedeep dish shown in my photos. We did utilize a 20% off mailer coupon that brought our total to $60. That brought it closer towhat I would expect for this amount of food. It wasn?t terrible, but we likely will not be returning. It?s always good forFranklin to have more options. Read more
