Love the new Papa Johns building & parking lot in Franklin!!! I had no idea they had moved! I will go more often now because... they moved away from their old scary tiny parking lot that was shoved up against US-31. And they added a drive thru at the newbuilding!!! Pizza was the Epic Stuffed Crust and the dough was very badly distributed, with too much dough in the crust and definitely NOT... enough in the pie. I asked for it to be baked well done and it was soggy. The jalapeno poppers/stuffers were a variety of sizesfrom huge to tiny and I'm shocked I paid $6.99 for them. I gave Papa John's another chance...I'm literally never ordering fromPapa John's again and this lazily made pizza and poppers/stuffers last night was so bad my husband and I didn't even want theleftovers in our fridge. And we ALWAYS eat pizza leftovers...please refrain from getting pizza at this shop, you'll be badlydisappointed if you buy anything from here. Read more
Canceled order because "driver left with out it" at 11pm. Didn't call the driver back didn't offer a pick up option didn't make... any effort to make this right just flat canceled the order. I guess the driver didn't have a phone or the manager was bent onclosing early either way we will not be ordering from this location in the future. 4 people waiting on food ordered 20 minsbefore irder canceled 45 mins before closing time. Food is always tasty but there is typically something missing from my order. Extra sauces ordered or a pizza topping or two. Not... bad but, could be better. Delivery drivers are always nice. Will re-review if experience changes. Read more
I've been to this location once a week for the past 3 weeks since moving to Franklin. Every time I have ordered I have always... had a problem with the staff. From not knowing how to do codes, the rude behavior shown when picking up my orders to being toldsomething then getting there and being told something different. As someone who has worked in fast food for 5 years. I knowpeople can have rough days ect. But the behavior towards customers there are no reason for. Read more

My last several orders from this location have been sub par. Rude drivers, excessive delays, wrong items delivered, cold meals.... This used to be a good pizza place. Now it's just horrible and the managers are rude if you have to call the store about yourorder. Read more
