I did not see gloves on a workers hands who was handling pizza when I walked in. Requested a refund twice and never got it due... to my perception of unsanitary pizza. I ended up paying for it because I didn't want to reflect poorly on my employer- I was inmy work uniform. Requested a refund twice and was told I would be refunded but I wasn't. I've cut my losses and am not pursuingthe refund. Also not returning to this specific pizza hut but will continue eating at others. Read more

Food was good the cost was not. Excepted 6.99 deal on pizza 2 medium pizzas double bread sticks with 2 litter (only had diet )... was over 35 dollars. Shouldn't been over 26 dollars way I figured but recite showed ten for one pizza and 14 for the second one Read more

I love the pizza here. It is my favorite pizza place. I think this is the first time i have ever been disappointed. The app said... my pizza was out for delivery but it didn't arrive for another 45 mins and it was cold. I had already waited an hour and left a$5 tip. I know its not always like this just wish i had a hott fresh delicious pizza like every other time. Thank you and stillmy favorite pizza. Read more

This pizza hut is one of the most disgusting food establishments I have ever been in. Every surface was visibly dirty. The... entire kitchen smelled like cigarette smoke. Food quality is absolutely bottom tier. I've been disappointed by pizza huts thepast few years but this is the final straw. Never again. Read more

I am really not sure I would even give them a 1 rating! The Franklin, IN Pizza Hut has always been known for poor service. ... Last night we ordered online for delivery and they just never delivered it. When tried to call at 8:50pm (10 minutes beforethey were supposed to close), the answering machine came on saying they were already closed. I will never go there again. Read more

Let?s start: forgot hut favorite on my... crust, pizza super greasy, breadsticks visibly well done and on the hard side, ice cold marinara sauce, and the marinara saucewas super liquidy (it?s not supposed to be that thin). Very disappointed, this would be a one star but the pizza taste prettygood when I let the grease drip off. Read more
