Usually I have great experiences at this ritters. Tonight, not so great. I ordered our usual. Got my brownie sundae. The brownie... was extremely hard and the sundae had barely any fudge. I walked up to the window and was greeted by the young man who said ?ohwe are not allowed to remake it. I can give you a new brownie? I didn?t want a new brownie. I paid 6.10 for my sundae it shouldhave been remade. I threw it away. I asked the kids name to contact their manager and was told ?it?s against policy to give outour names? The ice cream is great, lots of flavors and toppings. They also have Italian ice if you?re in the mood for something fruity.... Outdoor seating to enjoy the nicer days with family and friends, just not the most picturesque location being off of 31,neighboring gas stations.
