I order a Trinta pink drink, no ice, no strawberry peices. EVERY SINGLE TIME it's DIFFERENT. You can ask them about it, & they... say it's because I don't get ice. I can go to other Starbucks & get a drink EVERYTIME. I don't understand. Read more

I visit this store pretty frequently, pulling up my account customer service can see this, and not once did I ever encounter the... rudeness I experienced today. When I pulled up to the intercom, I told them I had a mobile order for myself, & they told me topull forward. I then waited in line for another 15 minutes until I got to the window, & when I did the barista (red hair, didn?tgive her name) told me they didn?t have an order for me. I showed her my receipt and she verified it was the right store. I thenstarted repeating off my order to help them and she every time I spoke kept cutting me off every time I spoke she kept saying?can I see it, can I see it, can I see it? okay, I?m not giving you my phone? She acted as if I was lying about my order. Notonce has this happened here. After she finally got done arguing with me, as we were leaving, she very condescendingly said ?havea nice day?. Writing this review in the parking lot right now. The workers here are the BEST IN THE WORLD. Especially the night crew! They... have my name and order memorized, but the biggest thing is how sweet they are to my 3 year old daughter! They dance with her,play with her, make her laugh, etc! She LOVES them!! Their kindness makes my heart so happy I could cry! Thank you to theStarbucks Franklin crew, you?re 1 in a million & you each need a raise! Read more

Management needs to do a better job on making sure they aren?t short staffed all the time . You never know if this place will be... open or not. Outside landscaping and parking lot are sub par also. ATTENTION Management !!! Read more

Coffee grounds in my $6.00 coffee. This is not acceptable for a premium coffee vendor like SB. The girl that took the order was... NOT very friendly. I guess I got a coffee for cop. Sad, SB's liberal agenda was overly translated to a really gross coffeeprovided to law enforcement because of my occupation. Thanks for the bad and expensive experience. Read more

Zero stars. Over 20 people waiting in lobby for mobile orders while employees ignored and filled drive thru orders. We waited 20... minutes then another 5 at the counter to cancel the order. Others just walked out. I?d avoid this location, at least on Saturdaymornings. Went to the Meijer location and was in and out in 5 minutes. Read more

This location is hit or miss - sometimes you get a really good coffee and sometimes you get a coffee you can?t drink because... it?s so gross. For how much you pay that seems like a dumb gamble but we?re addicts for quick caffeine. Read more

We usually preorder our drinks & pick them up in the drive thru. Everytime we get there to pick our drinks up my Mocha drink is... already room temperature :-( Read more
