Catherine was very rude. Also, she seemed to lack overall human compassion. Im aware this is probably not a requirement at this... establishment. However, I'd probably receive better customer from a kiosk. Step up your game little lady... not all of yourcustomers are the on the bottom of your shoe. Pam!
