It's very, very rare, in fact this may have never happened, that I've waited for a mobile order and watched at least half a... dozen people walk out of a restaurant. Some people were in the middle of their order until they found out that this location wasout of one ingredient or another (and boy were they out of a lot), and then promptly walked out, very upset. I eventually didget my sandwich (without ham, one of the many items not in stock), right at the very last minute of the promised time, but theatmosphere here was not a place I'd want to ever return to. It certainly doesn't help that the employees were speaking amongsteach other in a language other than English, but this is likely not news to them, and if this place hasn't closed by now, thenit will likely remain forever. If I could give this 0 stars i would. I use to be the manager of the store and since it was bought out by someone else I no... longer work there. I followed the owner I worked with to another store. But i went in there sunday 8:30pm. Two workers werethere the lady who served me had no mask on and didnt wash her hands before trying to make my sandwich. The other guy had hismask but it was below his chin. And the way he was in uniform did not represent the brand very well. Also didnt have any ham orturkey. How do you run out of protein. You have have a print out to see how much to order for the week or two whenever you getthe truck. This store went down the drain fast. I have regulars that came to this store and when they found out i left andlearned where i am at now they go to the subway. I see more snd more faces from franklin subway at where i work now.
