Don't like that Mobile Order when 3 cars go in front of you since I been in line for like 15 to 20 minutes before they arrived... at Taco Bell. Next time it happens maybe I should just drive on past the window and go to a different restaurant since I had towait after 3 cars that wasn't at your restaurant before me. Maybe you should locate that speaker in the parking lot like Sonichas. Read more
How are you gonna have a mobile pick up line and completely ignore the customers while the drive thru line gets served first....... It's called order ahead...not sit and wait. All these other restaurants can do it but you, get with the times. Read more
Very clean and friendly service. Did not care for the cheese sauce in the 7layer burrito. Prefer just the shredded cheese.????
Didn't get all my food, had to go back and get it. I waited almost 30 minutes. Had to explain my missing items 4 times. People... there said the waited 30 minutes for just a burrito. Alot of workers but they need more training to get customers in and outmore promptly. Read more
I am sitting here at 10:37 at night and the place is full of customers and the KIDS who are working start screaming at each... other and it is very tense in here. It is my first time in the new place and will be my last. I stopped coming to the oldbuilding because the teenage boys that worked there was cussing and talking very vulgar and didn't care if customers werepresent or not.
