This place seems to be suffering from a similar issue as most fast food places right now. Very few patrons are eating inside the... restaurants so they are ill prepared for those that do. The service was discombobulated and struggled to work together to servein a timely fashion. The drink station was not staged well and I had to search for straws. The place was clean enough but didn'tfeel like a place that I wanted to spend any extra time in. Read more
Our server Bill was an excellent employee. He had such a sweet personality and had several of us customers laughing and smiling... all the while making sure everyone's order was correct and fresh. Will go there again just to get the positivity from Bill. The establishment was also very clean and efficient. This Wendy's is located in Franklin, IN next to Dairy Queen. Read more
Apparently a 35 minute wait in the drive thru is considered fast food now. Food was cold and chicken tasted old. Not worth the... ridiculous prices. Read more
The workers were fighting today. Fast food what do you expect. They forgot bacon on my 6 dollar sandwich as well. I'll be going... somewhere else, even burger king! Read more
We are so thankful that Wendy's is open to eat inside! They have a great group of employees who give great service! It's so... fast and correct. The dining room is flexible, so a larger group can sit together. The prices are great on the Biggie Bagmeals, and it makes it easy to order. I especially like the guy on the register! Read more
They put a car in the drive thru to block the speaker & then shut down early. Unfortunately the bright minds at this Wendy?s... location didn?t account for the online orders that would occur after 10 pm. If you don?t close till 11 pm why are you shuttingdown the restaurant? We pulled up the window and waited but the 7+ people in the restaurant avoided eye contact and ignored us.I knocked on the window but they still ignored us, even making direct eye contact but looking away - they didn?t even have therespect to say they were closed and to refund the online order. I?m not sure what communication they have with their corporate,but if you?re gonna shut down operations maybe figure out how to shut off online orders too - unless you weren?t supposed to beshut down with that many employees to begin with before your official shut down time. Not much to say. It's Wendy's. You either like them or not. Came here for lunch, and the service was very friendly and... prompt. Got a Baconator and fries. The burger was pretty standard, though I do enjoy the fact that they are less stingy withthe bacon than most other places. The fries, well, ever since they changed them, they're just not that great. Taste likeBurger King fries, which are best avoided. Would like to see them go back to the old natural fries without the plastic-likecoating. All in all, this location is probably one of the better fast food places in the area. Read more
Don't put new people on the register without training and can someone tell the cashier's who are handling money not to touch my... food with there bare hands. To think the health department was in there at the same time. Smh. Read more
