First time we have eaten Dominos in years. It was alright, but definitely something I can wait years again to eat.
I ordered carryout from here last night and it was terrible. It was drenched in grease but I didn't think it'd make me sick. I... only ate one slice and 6 hours later, woke up sick trying to vomit. My stomach hurt so bad from eating that pizza that Igenuinely thought it was food poisoning (I'm better now but it was still a horrible experience). My dad ate a slice also andended up vomiting in the backyard as it made him sick also. Overall, after my horrific experience, I'm NEVER going to Domino'sever again. Read more
I was very impressed with the evening crew at Domino's! I called my carryout order in and they couldn't hear me for the first... two minutes of the call but kept a great attitude and persevered to take my order, and then they left off one of the items andfixed it for free when I arrived! Just the sweetest, good-natured and polite staff. And the food was delicious, as always. Handsdown the best pizza place in Franklin! Read more
I need to share my experience about ?no contact? pick up at Dominos in Franklin, KY. I ordered a gluten free pizza with 2... marinara cups from this location, no contact pick up. (I was sick, had my hubby pick it up, less hands the better.) My hubbypicks it up. Open the pizza, no cups, yes I was charged. We call, ask them to refund the cups. I paid through PayPal, my onlinereceipt says it pending approval, so they have time to adjust this total. We were told No, they can?t do that. (This wasdirect from the manager.) Would we like to come back and pick them up? Or be put on a list for free ones next time? (I don?t buypizza that often, I want a refund.) The manager then asked would we like something sweet if we came back to pick them up, myhusband asks, it?s free? Wrong again, they were going to charge us for the sweet, mind you I?m gluten free, so it?s for himbecause I can?t eat it. She then says, WE should have checked our order before we left!!! What is the point of contactless pickup? It was 3 items, and they always put the cups in the pizza box. How about doing your job and double checking the orderbefore bringing it out! I contacted paypal directly, and they filed in my favor. My refund was given immediately. Folks don?tlet Domino?s, (manager Tiffany) or any establishment tell you refunds through paypal are not ?doable? they are, and Dominios, ifyou are going to have people pick up their own pizza , YOU double check the order. Love this place! I eat here often. The pizza is made quickly and delicious! Also, I do the $5.99 med 2 topping pizzas.Very cheap... & great quality! My favorite pizza place! The staff is also awesome! If any mistake they'll immediately fix it! Read more
I've only had one order that hasn't been to my liking. Glad to have a Dominoes back after so many years. Ordering online has... provided really good deals each time we have ordered, especially if you don't mind doing a carryout. Read more
This picture doesn?t do justice at how old, cold and burnt this pizza was! Being pregnant with 2 kids and waiting 1 hour is a... huge NO. Super disappointed. Do better Dominos! Read more
