I came here to visit my boyfriend while he was working out of town in Franklin and we decided to have a late lunch here. This... bar & grill is in a very good location and close to everything. I was very satisfied with the prices here as well. We orderedloaded tater tots to start off and it was very good but I didn?t get a chance to take a picture of those. He ordered a baconcheeseburger and I think he enjoyed it very much. My choice of entree was chicken fettuccine alfredo and I added grilled shrimpto it. It was very tasty and the bar staff (Kimberly) was very attentive to our needs the whole time. She was very kind to usand had very friendly and prompt service. Positive first. And the only reason they get an extra star. The burger was quite good. Cooked just right, seasoned well and... delicious. I wish I had reason to get another but the rest of my experience will prevent that. It was not crowded, 3/4 of thetables were empty and somehow it still took more than an hour to get our food. The waitress threw our plates down without a wordand took off around the corner. Took another 10 minutes before we got silverware. No condiments on the table, so I asked forketchup (four of us ordered fries) and she brought us one plastic cup of ketchup and told me if I wanted more it would be $.45per cup. I said four of us have fries and we're supposed to spilt this one cup of ketchup? (This IS the kind of cup you'reimagining, the tiny single serve to-go kind) she said that was the owner's policy. I ordered chips and salsa, she came back andsaid they were out of salsa, would I like queso, I said that would be fine and then she charged me for both. And the icing onthe cake. When I went to sign the ticket, she handed me a pencil even though she had pens in her pocket. Not sure she wasplanning to change the tip or not, but I had a pen with me. There was ONLY 1 table being waited on in the main dining area that we sat at, until we was about to leave.( I observed the... waitress being the hostess, the server, per waitress she "made cocktail sauce & ketchup" and the cashier. ) My boyfriend wasserved his food minimum 55 minute's BEFORE I WAS SERVED MINE. There was No ONE attending our table, "he waited for condimentsuntil he almost had ate ALL his food. He had to ask for tea refills. He asked for cocktail sauce at the time of placing hisorder, "the waitress replied that she would have to make it." He asked for ketchup and she replied,"she would have to make it".Later, as time lapse, "Then, the waitress explained that, "she was sorry about the mix up and that he was served someone else'sfood order (although it was same order)". ONCE, I did receive my food, I asked for "ketchup" and the waitress said," there wouldbe a 0.45 charge EXTRA". I IMMEDIATELY laughed, but, She was SERIOUS!!! After a few moments she returned to the table to furtherexplain, "the first serving of ketchup is FREE, but, the second one will cost $0.45." The waitress explained that it had been areally rough day. My sympathy for her, but, when we dine out OUR EXPECTATIONS are FAIRLY SIMPLE; We want GREAT food, we EXPECTto DINE TOGETHER, the EXPERIENCE itself is IMPORTANT, the SERVICE is even MORE IMPORTANT. We will PAY for our MEALS and HAPPILYPAY for GREAT SERVICE, TIPS are Very Important and WE ALWAYS TIP GRACIOUSLY. I am sadded to write this review. We love travelingand eating at Different Unique Restaurants. And our experience nor expectations was met this visit. The deep fried taco starters were splendid. 10/10 would order again. The crispy chicken wrap had a great balance of ingredients.... I had a side of ranch to enhance the flavor. The fries were sub-par. They were soft and floppy. I enjoyed the service and got abonus DJ from the attached bar. Read more
Disappointed and dissatisfied. 30 minutes plus wait for the food. We were the only people dining beside the people who work... there. Pulled pork sandwich cold with 1 teaspoon of cold BBQ sauce. It was covered in pickles and raw onion. Ceasar chickensalad, just a heart the iceberg lettuce with one chicken tender on top. The chicken was a weird orange brown color of grease. There was no knife so I had pull the bits apart with two forks. After a couple bites I was worried about food poisoning andtotally lost my appetite. $24 for that and then no one could be found to pay the bill. Never going back. Read more
Sierra was a great waitress. The cooks do not know how to cook. Food was over cooked and hard. Unable to eat any of but mac and... cheese and tater tots. $30 dollar meal and was given a 20 percent discount since we didnt like the food. Ridiculousestablishment. Will not be back. Had lunch here on Sunday and watched some football. The wings were great and the beer was cold! The wings with the scorpion... sauce were a little hot for me but I managed to eat all of them lol Will definitely be back! Read more
