Just waited 25 minutes for a mini butterfinger blast. Had to call them twice to remind them, still never got it so i stopped a... worker and they were very rude to me about it. Highly upset. gave them a $20 10 minutes ago and still waiting for my change.Maybe if they worried more about the service they provide instead of the the teenagers that hang out in there cars it?d runsmoother. Food was cold bread was sogie worst food I ever almost ate threw it away
The worst experience I have ever had with this sonic was on may 13, 2022 at 10:03 pm. First of all they wouldn?t take my order... at the stall, so I drove around to the drive through. I waited at the drive through for 5 minutes with no answer and it?s notbusy. So my friend politely said ?excuse me? and the worker answered ?oh no ma?am we not doing this tonight? with an attitude.And this is not the first time I?ve experienced treatment like this. Highly would recommend stopping at a different fast foodrestaurant in the town because franklin sonic isn?t worth your time. Read more

I?m from out of town and my experience was less than satisfactory. First it took over an hour to get my food. Second it was... cold. And lastly the staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. Not my fault you hate your job. Would not recommend stopping herewhatsoever! Read more
I have always been happy with this location. Quick service, great good, and friendly staff. I recommend this to anyone looking... for a quick bite to eat. Granted, it may be a bit more expensive than other fast food joints, but it's worth it to me in myopinion. Read more
