Line of customers literally out the door and they have 3 people working on mobile orders and 1 brand new employee working the... line. Why? I have eaten Chipotle in over 10 different states and this is the worst Chipotle location! The rice was barely cooked. The... grilled veggies didn't seem to have touched the grill. The portions way way to small and the staff always scrambling forsomething. When I called to inform?regarding the poor quality of food and service the manager had the audacity to claim the foodis great. What a waste of my time. Online orders only now? Why? Just because you want us to download your app? Watched multiple customers... walk out, including myself. They were using chairs to block people from ordering normally ????. I will also mention I?venoticed that before this change, online orders were negatively impacting the service and quality for normal customers who comein to order.
