Posted hours state the dining room closes at 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights. I pulled up at 9:54pm to go inside and... order/also pick up a DoorDash order and someone ran faster than I could get out of my car to hurry and lock the doors. A groupof 3 teenagers who had walked far to come eat here were also trying to get in & they ended up not being able to eat because theydidn?t have a car to sit in the drive thru. Drive thru line was 10 miles long also. Very poor management. Read more

Stingy with their sauces. I ordered nine dollars worth of food and asked for ketchup on the side. The woman gave me two small... ketchup packets. This location has the funniest drive through. They have organized 2 lanes for ordering but they all merge at the same point for... payment and delivery. One of the longest wait time I have ever had in McD. Read more

Probably my worst experience in a McDonald's. I ordered on the machine and too my number, but after 20minutes nothing had be... brought to my table, I got up and queried, it seems like they had just missed it. They were far too but fulfilling theirdoordash and drive thru orders. When it eventually came the coffees were wrong, I went and asked for the correct ones, and wastold that he didn't know how to do those (espresso) and he'd ask. 10 minutes later still no coffee, so again I go ask for them,and the guy again tells me he doesn't know how to make espresso but that he told the other staff. I ask who's in charge andeventually the guy is shown how to make espresso and am told by the second in command that the guy is a red hat. I'm not surewhat exactly a red hat is but I'm guessing a newbie. I repeat, bad service. Pay attention to all customers orders not just drivethru and dorrdash!! Read more
