Reviews for Wendy's in Franklin, MA
I called the Franklin location for 15 minutes straight to try and let them know about my car that broke down in the parking lot.... Despite them being open, nobody answered. I was trying to let them know that my car would be getting towed in the morning, sohopefully they wouldn't try to get it towed themselves. As someone that works in food service, I find this completelyunprofessional and unacceptable. They listened to the phone ring over and over and didn't once think to pick it up. Much better/faster service lately at this location. Always good quality but happy to see the line move quicker
Great staff of very nice and accommodating people. The facility is clean and modern. Plenty of parking. Convenient location on... rt140 right off 495. Food was fresh and delicious. They always provide extra sauces. The chicken sandwiches are less than whatI remembered from Wendy's. This is not the fault of the location. It's a very busy spot especially for a late night snack. Outof the fast food location in town. I choose Wendy's or Taco Bell. Read more
Best new feature ever!!! I am very happy with Wendy's, their apps, their food but I am very fustrated by the lack of trash cans... at most Wendy's. I jumped for joy, my wife thought I lost it when I saw the trash can reachable for driver window after thedrive thru. There were many other trash cans at this specific Wendy's. But the one at the end of drive thru got the fivestars!! Read more
I visited here on a quick stop for lunch while in town. It was pouring rain and I wanted to use the drive-thru, but the line was... wrapped around the building, about 10 cars long. I parked and ran inside getting pretty wet in the process. The inside servicewas much quicker than going through the drive-thru and I had my food in minutes. It was made correctly and hot. Read more
My cashier, Alexander, applied my free 10pc nugget (with other purchase) to my meal without asking me if i wanted to use it.... This is UNACCEPTABLE. I should be able to chose WHEN i want to use my free nuggets. I was also not giving the sauce i requestedafter being asked what sauce i wanted around 5 times. I can't really rate the atmosphere because I went through the drive-thru. This location is always on the ball. The food is made... correctly and the service is friendly and quick. On a side note, I tried their new Melonburst lemonade drink, it was very goodand probably only seasonal, so get one while you can! Read more
Service was great. Food was beyond salty! If you want a heart attack. I highly recommend it.
