Nice staff but inside was hotter than outside. I sweated waiting for my drink. No signs saying Air conditioning was broken so I... guess that's normal? I was going to sit down and relax but no way in that sweat box. Read more

Best experience at a Dunkin Donuts. Ever. 250 Rt23 in Franklin NJ. The staff was fantastic. We got talking about their... favorites and WOW! They can really pick 'em. Plus they are a really fun crew. I stopped off for a coffee and kill some time before a meeting. Coming from Central New Jersey, you never know how much time it... is going to take. This DD was empty! I have never seen that at one of the stores! Although I was a little skeptical, Istayed. Fresh coffee, nice French Cruller, and free WiFi was just what I needed. The staff members were friendly andcourteous. Next time up here and I will probably pop in again. Read more
Went today December 4th at about 3:00 p.m. got a coffee for my girlfriend it was much darker then usual and tasted terrible.... After paying 5$ for the coffee and asked the bigger girl with curly hair if she could make me a new one. She was super rude anddisrespectful. Laughed at me and I snapped on her and walked out.
