Not great, drive thru is incredibly slow. The only reason I go, is because my daughter likes the plain tacos. Every time she... asks to go, I try to talk her out of it. It takes so long even if there is only 1 car ahead of you, and the people working thereseem miserable. I really feel bad for them, not sure if there is a managerial presence on site. Last time I went, they had nosingles so they had to give me $4.50 in quarters as my change. Crazy! Read more
Customer service is terrible. I?ve gone there quite a few times now and every time the people are very monotones. But today... especially they were rude and we?re getting my change back from the window she dropped the change saw that it happened didn?teven acknowledge it and then just shut the window on me as she can clearly see that I was upset but she?s out there waiting forme to leave. I would give zero stars if possible. No exaggeration, over 40 minutes stuck in a drive thru line unable to leave and still have... not gotten to pick up window. Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe. Will never ever go to this Taco Bell again. Read more
Just went to the Franklin taco bell don't know the women who was working but she was extremely rude. She shut the widow on me... while i was confirming an order i wont be going to any taco bell again thanks to her. She should probably find a job that shedoesn't deal with the public. Read more
