Order accurate and food was good, took 1 star off because the drive through took forever.

As I stand here at the counter as the only person in the store waiting for a burger which is going on 20 minutes. Finally got my... food and the order was wrong. The manager was yelling at the woman who took our order (mind you she was the only one actuallyworking at a reasonable pace.) Then the manager proceeded to complain and talk a bunch of nasty things about the employee aftershe walked out. The employee did NOTHING wrong other than mention that they rest of them should pick up the pace a bit. Nevereating here again. Read more

I?ve found hair and flies in my food on several occasions and I am not happy. The managers here are rude and refuse to take... responsibility. To Chris, Patrick & Rebecca you 3 are unprofessional with your attitudes and the way you handle customers. Iwill not be eating here again. Read more

Avoid this location at all costs. Over the past 2 years there is consistent wait times, wrong orders and a never ending family... of flies zipping around inside. I walked out today with my daughter and got a sandwhich from Quick Check after waiting in line10 minutes without moving. Read more

Horrible experience at Wendy's drive-thru in Franklin, N.J. during the evening shift. I was served a melting strawberry frosty,... cold coffee, and what looked like a smashed, old, cold, baked potato that was turning colors. Not to mention they forgot ourcondiments. Are you kidding me? Management needs to better supervise the kids working at this Wendy's. When I went inside tocomplain, and use the bathrooms two employees where just standing around. There's very low morale with the employees. There were flies all over the place. A lot of employees standing around. This... restaurant used to be operated very well with the previous GM .After he retired it's been down hill from there. Corporate shouldlook into the way this place is being operated. There's always someone outside the back door smoking. Talk about wanting to getrobbed, keep on leaving that back door open. As a former manager of a Wendy's it's a shame to see this restaurant going in thewrong the direction. Also a shame that no one cares nowadays. Read more

The food at wendys was delicious as always, however, the guy taking my order was very unprofessional. Instead of saying "how... may I help you" he says "what do you want? Really how rude. I asked for Dave's double no combo and he asked twice what size.Wow. I am only sending this review because he should not be working at Wendys with his attitude. This has to be the worst Wendy's ever. After the girl at the window passed me my food she got an attitude when I asked for... ketchup as she was running away from the window. Then as I am driving away I go to grab a fry to eat, and they were roomtemperature at best, and stale. If I had not already gotten the only attitude at the window, I would have gone back.
