Not bad. Grilled spicy chicken deluxe ok. Stale bin. Not one employee said My Pleasure when I said thank you to 2 of them.... Drive thru a little confusing. From the road there are 2 exit Lanes. No one directed you to what car your suppose to follow. Noindications the 2 Lanes would go to one. Chic filet of Waynseville and Asheville are way better at customer service andexperience. I don't think management in Franklin is very well. 1st experience here and most likely last. Read more

Not sure if the WNC restaurant curse has struck another one or not ?..but as far as chick fil a goes this has turned into one of... the slowest. The last two times in line for over 15 minutes. The food is great though and hot every time! Hopefully they areworking through some growing pains of a newish place. Read more
I come about once a week after my girls get out of dance. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do a great job of getting our... food to us promptly, even when busy. Read more
Not Very impressed. You can go to Chick-fil-A about anywhere else and always have a Great experience but this one most employees... are not happy to be at work. I always have to ask for napkins every time I come here especially when getting a shake or cone andwhen I have to ask they always seem so put out. Read more
This place was awesome! ? Being a new 'fast food' restaurant to Franklin, they really do a great job of customer service and... cleanliness! They are very fast with getting your food order ready for you too! I would definitely recommend this place for aquick bite to eat! Everyone working had a big smile on their faces and had more than exceptional manners! ????? The bathroom wasfully stocked and super clean as well! They take pride in their store and it surely shows! The food was good but they were not efficiently serving here like other Chick-Fil-A restaurants (no one taking orders outside,... no food runners going from store to car). For that reason the wait was long and they almost gave us someone else?s order. Theydid have a really cool delivery window that was actually a door they could walk through. The location was easy to get in and outof so that was nice. Read more
We couldn?t find any good restaurants while visiting Tennessee so we came to Chick-fil-A twice. It feels like a welcome home hug... from your grandma. Truly warms your soul. 10/10. Read more
