I've been a patron of papas pizza for the last 10 years since i've lived here in franklin. I've referred so many people to this... company. I, unfortunately can't order from them any longer. Since they switched locations and what seems to be owners the foodand customer service has really gone downhill. I just spent a good amount of money for pizza I have to reheat. I called and toldthem but all I was told was it shouldn't be cold it was in the warmer. Like really I don't live far away at all I should've justgot it myself. Awesome little local pizza shop! We stopped in to grab some dinner on a rainy summer afternoon. Pizza and the mozzarella sticks... were delicious! Long wait time for pizza during busy hours but worth it! Definitely recommend calling a head of time! But comeout and support this little pizza shop it deserves it! Read more
Papa's has been my favorite pizza place in Franklin since my teens. Great prices, friendly staff, and superb pizza- though my... absolute favorite thing on their menu has to be the calzones! By far, Papa's is the one restaurant I miss most now that I'veleft Franklin. If you're coming through town, forget about those pizza chains and eat local, you'll be so glad you did! Read more
Ordered here last weekend, it was Fantastic! I just ordered today - a pepperoni calzone with green olives. There were so MANY... olives on the calzone that it changed the entire taste of the calzone. Green Olives are so potent that when you add this MANY,it can ruin an entree! I believe this could possibly be a whole can of olives! Calzone ruined, pizza was great, though I didn'torder any olives on the pizza... My fiancee also complained about how many banana peppers were on his calzone - $50 we spent fortwo people - Green olives and banana peppers are taking over ???????? Papa's was absolutely my favorite pizza place but I've been having trouble with them for awhile now ever since they moved their... service has gone down.from the phone calls not going thru, to them not picking up the phone and getting a recording, to tellingme they have no delivery drivers but then I see them show up at my neighbors. I understand no one wants to work but door dashand the big pizza chains keep drivers and as much as I hate to go somewhere else I just give up on trying to get pizza from themanymore. Makes me sad.
