The lady with the hand tat has some attitude issues. Ordered a caramel iced coffee. Just asked the lady who gave me my food if... it was a caramel iced coffee because it just tasted like an iced coffee and nothing else. She brings the girl who made the drinkto the window and she shrugs and says it's a caramel iced coffee. I asked if I could get extra almond milk or caramel, sheleaves frame. It's okay, if there was a tip jar we'd tip

Literally the worst service, food and coffee. The employees are rude, they don't print stickers and give people the wrong orders... (and that's when they actually give you your order at all), the food is under cooked to the point of negligence. The coffee isnot made correctly and there is no consistent recipe for drinks. Took a while to get service. Then they made my drink wrong. They squirted the flavor into the finished frozen coffee in the cup.
