Probably the best Frisch's experience I've had in years. Restaurant was clean and the food was quite good. The servers were very... friendly and acted like they really cared about good service. Not super fast but certainly worth the wait. A properly preparedBig Boy with onion rings is hard to beat, add in creamy mac-n-cheese and you have a winner. Read more

You can never go wrong with Big Boy. My disappointment was seeing some old favorites removed from the menu like the Brawny Lad... and the pork tenderloin. Read more

This is one of my favorite places to eat! It doesn't matter if it's breakfast lunch or dinner, we akways enjoy the friendly... atmosphere and the delicious food. We eat here at least 3 or 4 times a month And most of the time more than that. Read more

I understand all businesses are having problems getting good help (if any at all) these days, however we must go forward or... forfeit the game, but sometimes hiring people out of being desperate isnt always the way to go. Manager there was a greatexperience, but the drive thru help was not. It was almost as if they never left their homes before. No manners etc...but.....Frisch's has always been around since I was a youngster, one of my favs. I will always eat from there no matter what's beenhired to work there. Lol! Read more

Won't go back. Walked in at 4:30, the restaurant was using only half of their lights. ( Weird) Salad bard was dirty and had... about half of a normal selection. It took over 10 minutes for them to seat us and there were at least a dozen dirty tables. Hadto ask for a drink refill, our onion rings were burnt. One of 5 orders they got wrong ( 3 we're salad bar ) that's sad! Gosomewhere else.???? Read more

We placed an online order for pickup for my family of five at this restaurant. We waited outside in the pickup lane for over a... half an hour after watching the drive-thru lane clear out twice before I finally went inside to figure out what was going on. Ittook minutes to get someone to address me. He went to the back and said he would check what was going on and never came back.After about 10 minutes he returned to the front walk directly past me and walked outside of the restaurant. I then tried to getthe attention of another worker. That person told me that they would go and check on my food. After about another 10 minutesthey came out and told me that they were very busy and backed up and would get to my order. After I pointed out that thedrive-thru has been emptied twice now and I have been waiting for nearly an hour for an online order that was placed 25 minutesprior to me even arriving at the restaurant she went back to check on my food again. When she returned she told me that they nolonger carried one of the sandwiches that I ordered and so they didn't know how they were to proceed. I asked why no one hadwalked outside to ask me what they should do. She did not give me response and turned around and walked away. After that I couldnot get a single worker to address me or give me an update on my order. I waited for an additional 20 minutes before I finallyreceived cold food. No one spoke to me at all during that time. No one apologized. No manager came out to talk to me. I even satthere while we waited and filed a complaint online with the corporate store. I still have not seen received any type of responseor apology for their poor service. Even with staff shortages and poor service industry standards in this day and age this is todate the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. And honestly lately that's saying something.
