Always a good time and a great place to see a concert if you don't mind standing for 3 plus hours.

We went to Blessid Union and Sister Hazel last week and the show itself was fantastic ? it was the blast from the 90?s that we... love most, and the bands were great. We only got drinks, but the waitress did a good job and the ticket takers were fine ?there was a little less guidance on where to go to find my seats than I?m used to, but I?d done my research and had a seat mapin my head, so we found them pretty easily. The problem for us, however, was the seating itself. When you buy tickets, itshould be kept in mind that while all ?premium? seating is priced the same, all "premium" seating is not created equal and theyreally need to consider some sort of tiered pricing. We had never been to this venue before, so I was relying on the website andGoogle reviews and pictures to help me pick seats, neither of which truly gave a good idea on what to expect in person. Ultimately, I booked table 106 right next to the stage thinking we'd have a great side view of the band, but instead we staredat the back of a giant stack of speakers and a bunch of support columns. I had an OK view of the Blessid Union drummer and halfa guitarist or two, but we were fully blocked from being able to see the lead singer unless he wandered upstage to stand nearthe drummer. In the meantime, most of the other premium seats seemed to have good to great sightlines (again, same price as wepaid), and the general admission ticket holders (who paid a third what we did) stood in the sand 3 feet from the stage with aperfect view of everything. For this particular show, the general admission area wasn?t super crowded (I?ve seen pics of othershows where it was completely packed), so we did eventually go down there to watch Sister Hazel and managed to have a greattime. But I really don?t feel like I got my money?s worth out of the seat I paid for by using it holding my sweater all nightand might as well have saved some money with a general admission ticket. And I felt bad for the woman at th Read more

I took my wife to Firehouse and Lita Ford Concert for her Birthday!! We got a table because there was no way we was Standind in... Sand (General admission)!! Overall, the experience was good. The food was better than I expected for sure; the service was goodfor bringing food out, but the waitresses at our table had too much going on for one person. She forgot our drinks once and thena couple of times we had to hunt her down or go and get our own drinks which kind of rubbed me the wrong way!! NOTE: GeneralAdmission you Stand on the Sand Volleyball court, so you might want to Get a Table or VIP Tent or property prepare to do so... Read more

Went to the Jack Russell show last weekend. I'm from out of town and was totally impressed with venue. It was clean, not too... crowded, and the wait staff is incredible. All the staff were friendly. The sand vibe rocks. I'm used to seeing bands in sub-parplaces, not like JD Legends. Read more
