Food is what you expect from McDs. The lower stars is for reasons which I don't blame the staff (they seemed decent), but the... management and ownership. Out of diet coke Out of shakes Out of happy meals They also forgot to include all my food, but I wastoo lazy to go back around to get my missing burger. Not a horrible experience, just not something I'll go out of my way for,when there are other fast food burger options. Read more
I have NEVER been treated so POORLY in my life by someone in a drive through! We waited over 15 minutes and literally saw your... manager with a head set on outside instead of taking orders in the drive through. 6 cars left because NO ONE was taking orders.When we finally got up to the speaker the person was rude and said, "What can I get you?" I started my order and they said HOWMANY??? I repeated myself louder and they replied, "DANG GIRL!" I said sorry we've been waiting for over 15 minutes to which sheNASTILLY replied, "We've been backed up!". Which was a COMPLETE LIE!!! I said nevermind we will go somewhere else, to which sheloudly said OK BYE, and then my 8 year old and 11 year old saw her wave by to us in the window and flipped us off!!! Thesepeople were absolutely ridiculous, I cannot believe how we were treated! New kiosk ordering inconvenient for special orders. May be less labor but also equals poorer customer service. Not a fan. ... Several mixups during a slow period with fewer than 4 indoor customers doesn't inspire confidence in the newer system. Read more
If it would let me give it a zero star review I would. 24 hour drive through that 4 times now has said they are door dash only.... Have waited 20 minutes plus after I have paid for food on several occasions to actually get my food. Would not recommend Read more
I know their breakfast burritos are tiny. Other locations have more sausage and egg in their burritos. The morning lady at the... drive up window is in too big of a hurry and just plain rude. I understand the whole country is shortstaffed and I recommendthis lady to have some days off to get in a better mood. Nothing but positive things! Staff are quick to help. Only issue during my stopby was that they didn't have water in their... washroom- so I wonder how clean their hands were. It can happen, that's a maintenance issue not anyone's in the kitchen. Irecommend! Read more
Honestly this is the best McDonald's in this area. Service is fast and your order is correct.
