This mcds location is an absolute JOKE. Anytime after 7ish p.m. be prepared to wait at the very least 15 minutes in the drive... thru. You can go to the springboro location just down the street, order, get your food even with fresh fries and out in lesstime than it takes to order at the other location because of how god awful slow they are. I had to rebuild every sandwich I got. The big mac sauce looked like it had been squirted in the corner of the box and there was... hardly any sauce on the sandwich itself and I ordered extra. Out of the 4 burgers I ordered, 3 of the patties were tore intopieces and the sandwiches looked like they had been squeezed before they were put in the bag. Also, I ordered large meals andgot medium fries that weren't even half full. Worst experience I have had at a McDonalds ever. I will not return to thislocation... As much as I do not care for the operator of this store it is only fair to leave honest reviews and this morning I ordered... through Door Dash and I couldn’t change the location to the Middletown location so I had to settle with this store andhonestly the food was good, hot, quick, and everything I asked for was in the bag so congrats to this location. Service was horrible. All I ordered was coffee with sweetener and cream large sweet tea with no ice they gave me black coffee... and I watched her fix my tea and it was unsweetened. So when I said excuse me ma'am I asked for a LG sweet she had attitude andit was the manager. Very unprofessional Read more
Apparently this McDonald's ran out of change, on a weekend to beat all. Well the worker taking our order never mentored it,... when we handed the cashier our money she told us that we wasn't getting the coins just the dollar bills owed to us, we asked ifshe could round the coins to the nearest dollar and she said she could but she didn't want to. Seriously, mcdonald's making akilling keeping customers coins or the rude cashier is getting some extra cash to benefit herself. Either way the customers arebeing ripped off. The person at your drive through needs trained on how to speak to customers. We heard her tell 2 different customers that they... couldn't have something because they closed in 20 minutes and everything must he cleaned and sanitized...why are your employeesrefusing customers? If you close at midnight then you need to serve your customers until you close! She was also very rude andsaid I can barely hear you, speak up! Used the kiosk as there was no one up front to take orders. Waited about 10 minutes for a 6 piece nugget. When it was done they... called my number. The kiosk didn’t print receipts so I explained it was out of paper and didn’t give our numbers. The peoplebefore me were thrown their bag rudely by Ashley. She rolled her eyes when I explained the kiosk didn’t print receipts. Lookslike all the nice people are gone now. Haven’t been there in years and I probably won’t go back. Coffee is the most complex thing to order here. Always tastes like a cup of water and dirt. The sandwiches are smashed flat.... Sadly, this is the closest to where I live and choose to drive to Springbo or Washington Township. I will say the morning crewis the nicest group. If you want a pleasant experience go early. Read more
