One of the worst McDonald?s I?ve been to. The cashier Tabatha took my order and I was sitting at the cashier window for 10 mins... because she lost my order and couldn?t ring it up. After that, she didn?t give me my correct change back. She told me I wouldbe helped out at the second window to get the rest of my change. After going to the second window to get my change and my order,my order was still won?t and they refused to give me back my correct change. They were rude and claimed it was my faultentirely. If I could give it a zero I would.... waited in line at drive thru for 15 minutes after placing order. I called manager on phone... an she said they are so short staffed which I could except if there wasn't 2 employees smoking out by the trash dumpsters. Thislocation has been by far the worse McDonald's I have ever been to... I hadn't been there in about a year was hoping it hadchanged.. boy was I wrong if anything it is getting worse. Not sure what McDonald's corporate big wigs are waiting for to shutthis one down. It is taking the name "McDonald's " to an all time low. WAKE UP.. HERE IS THE KICKER JUST GOT FOOD AFTER SUCH ALONG WAIT AND IT IS WRONG but don't have enough gas in car to take it back and wait another 30 minutes.... Read more

I understand good help is hard to find. I didn't order fries and ordered a strawberry milkshake. Charged for fries and charged... and received a strawberry banana smoothie. I couldn't read the receipt because of bad printer. I am ALLERGIC to banana.Thankfully I carry an epipen and only took one sip then dumped out all that money on the ground. I don?t make a ton of reviews unless service was awful to warn others. But this review is because of the opposite. I had... dinner with an older family friend tonight and the female manager was very helpful and patient with my elderly friend who keptstruggling to order. I really appreciated it because she didn?t make her feel helpless. Made her feel like lots of people getconfused and that?s why she?s glad to help. I liked how she talked to the employees around her too. Always great to see happyemployees in food service. Makes you feel good to be a costumer when everyone seems glad to be there. Food was fast andeverything was correct. I swear the fries were extra good tonight. Lol Read more

Worst McDonald's experience I ever had. Ordered a #1 to dine in. Fries were upside down completely. That was no biggie. The Big... Mac bread was hard and crusty. Tried to return it but they said I had eaten most of it. I can hear the employees talking aboutit. I yelled through their window "I can hear you!" Got the manager over and showed him what I had left, was about 85% left andhe said he couldn't do anything. I left it on their counter and left. This place was terrible. Read more

To be honest in the past I have had horrible experiences at this McDonald's and many other restaurants in general it seems ever... since COVID declined everything in America lol, BUT I can say this for sure ever since an obvious uphaul and restaffing that hasbeen done here I cannot say anything less than complimenting towards the appearance and the staff in this location, especiallythe super Early and mid-afternoon/early pm staff. Shout Out to the ONLY male tattooed manager that handles this location withmorals and politeness, never once have I witnessed him or his crew be anything less than polite and professional. And theyaren't miserable as previous workers had come off. If ever there has been an error in my order, which will happen any andeverywhere you go from time to time especially with modification happy family members such as mine, he/they have repaired theissue no matter how big or small with minimal question (only the required ones by the company) and with complete empathy andapology. So needless to say this is the go-to location for me and my kiddos and I can guarantee a much improved experienceregardless of your past experiences because the staff of a location will truly make for a satisfying experience, and with thecritic I can find myself - if I'm vouching for this location, it's staff and the managers..... They have improvedsignificantly Also the biggest compliment is that I never ever have not seen this manager out in the middle of everything, heis not hiding in the back, but rather he is out in the front line helping, assisting, cooking, packing, taking orders, wheneverhe is needed and wherever. This McDonald?s just hasn?t been the same since the ownership change, even a long time employee agreed. I put my order in, DT... said open and I sat in the DT for 10-15 min waiting on someone who did a walk up order to find out, well nothing because the 2ladies that were working in there didn?t even have the courtesy to come to the window and let me know they are closed. If couldfind a 0 star that is what I would give this location. They just sat there leaning over the counter to the back drinking whatever it was she made for herself like she was waiting on my food to come out and just ignored me at the window so I finallypulled off. BTW, putting a facelift on poor service doesn?t change poor service, it just means you spent more money trying tomake poor service look good. Service used to be good, I have been going to this McDonald?s on a regular basis for almost 5years now. Funny, reading all the other reviews the bad reviews started just over a year ago?.wonder why? Stopped by for a bite after church after 9:30pm. Wasn?t sure what time the lobby was closed because there was no times on the... doors. Staff was friendly, however the lady that took our order turned around and got a drink in front of us. Also, my hamburgerwas sloppy made. The lobby was awful. The leather on the booths were coming off and water stains on the ceiling tiles. Notsomewhere I would go back too. Read more
