I had the worst experience in this pilot, Very unprofessional staff specially the manager lady who is in charge for the night... shift. I checked in and paid 17$ for a prime parking parked my truck and slept, she came at 3am and knocked my window hard andtold me to move my truck or they will tow my truck ignored the receipt. The parking is tight and u can?t sleep peacefully evenif you make a reservation!!!!!. I called the guest service team and ask for help. It was good to have another team to escalatethe problem especially when the center managers failed to do their job and honour their customers. The restroom for men was verydirty full of toilet papers inside. Read more

No one was waiting fora shower when I got there, so I bought one. Walked around aimlessly for 15 minutes- now there are 4 of us... waiting. Walk through the shower area- no one is around. Check and I?m still top of queue. Wait another 15 minutes. Walk theshower hall again, still nobody- just a bunch of dirty empty showers. There are 5 people on the board now. Wait in line to talkto the cashier and ask if the showers are even running since that information would have been more useful before I waited almost40 minutes . Cashier very rudely says they are running the showers but they only have one maintenance person and ?they have hadother things to do.? To which I said that information also would have been more useful to know before I purchased or at anytime during the 40 minutes until I went to ask about it. She snapped, ?well if we knew it would be so long we wouldn?t have soldyou a shower? and refunded my money. I walked out to my car and, although I wasn?t thrilled to give them my business after beingtreated so rudely, I was nearly empty, so moved it to the pumps to fill up. While I was entering my rewards card number, theyannounced that a shower was ready for the person after me in the queue. Before I?d hit ?no? for a receipt, they?d paged twomore people that their showers were ready. So they actually had the ability to get it done, but chose not to until I asked. Andrather than apologize or investigate or take ownership or expedite anything when I raised the concern, they chose to be rude, snappish, and unhelpful. I am totally sympathetic to places being short-staffed. I was only asking to be kept informed so thatI could choose to skip it or, like, go get some food or something. A hint of apology or even just a neutral lack-of-rudeness,would have been enough for me to give benefit of the doubt. But there?s no doubt- just rudeness and wasted time. Read more

Truck drivers don't bother reserving a spot until you get there. Reserve mine 4 hours before I showed up at 9 all reserves were... full they said they would not go out and move anybody they don't carry park. Marie in the store was very rude. Dirty Only Subwayto eat. Trucks park and sleep at the pump. Read more

I'll be honest here. 100!!! I work at pilot and I absolutely love it there. We just recently got a new GM and she really is... trying to pick up the mess the last GM left her. We read these and we know its not up to our standards but also remember somethings are out of our hands but we are getting there. Read more

at this pilot location and it being off the interstate they are trying their best for the average traveler to keep gas prices to... a minimum. Does contain up to 10% ethanol; I'm just pointing this fact out in case you're not interested in using ethanol basedpetroleum in your automobile. Thanks Pilot for doing your part. Read more

It's a nice Pilot, very much like many Pilot's. There's even a Waffle House basically in the parking lot. There's a lot of... parking spaces, BUT...... As stated in another post, there simply isn't enough room between rows to make backing or pulling outsafe for the average driver. I'm sure they have a high accident rate here. I had to move my truck over in the space just so thedriver next to me could get out without hitting me. I had parked using a pull through, so I was pretty even between the lines. While I'm sitting this, I'm watching a driver pulling a Schneider trailer (in picture) trying to pull out. The driver pulledforward and backed up 3 times trying to pull out. The other issue, and this may be a recent issue, would be the showers. They'renice and clean, but the water temperature isn't very good. I was here doing a 34 and I took mostly cool showers. Overall, thestaff has been very friendly and the store very clean. It's just the parking lot is the biggest drawback here. Read more

Got here on a Sunday night around 7pm and was able to find parking in the back row. There were several other spots available as... well. But beware, you need to be confident in your backing skills. These spaces doesn't leave much room for error. I wasreally impressed to see how well the parking area was lit up at night. I felt safe enough to get out and walk around to stretchmy legs. Awesome! The people inside were very welcoming and friendly. The restrooms and the store was clean and tidy. If youcan't stomach Subway or Dunkin Doughnuts (like me) there are a couple of other restaurants within walking distance. Overall Ihad a good experience. Read more
