Wry good pizza place. Had the loaded potato wedges for an appetizer and the Wildcat (pizza steak hoagie). It all was very good.
Pisanello?s is your classic, small town, all-american pizza joint. The hand tossed crust is soft, doughy and thick, tomato... sauce is fine but basic, and toppings adequate. Its a good, if bland, pie. The seating is cracked vinyl and the atmosphere nil,just like every other pizza joint in its class. But you?ll leave full and satisfied. Incredible pizza! Everything about it was delicious; the sauce, the toppings, the cheese, the crust...BUT, the service was... absolutely horrible. The woman working at the front was very rude to us when we walked in and acted like she was upset that shehad to tell us to find a seat in the restaurant. Once we sat down, we waited for at least 15 MINUTES until we got drinks andANOTHER 5 until we got our order taken. The staff were very unprofessional and disorganized. Place had an overwhelming amount of flying bugs. When talking to the waitress she said how much a deluxe REAPER would cost but I... said that's not the cost in the menu. I pointed to the price in the menu and she looked and said those prices are wrong. I saidyou're going to honor the price in the menu correct. She got a sassy attitude and ended by saying I'll go ask my manager. Myfamily was not happy about the flying bugs that we were swatting at and then the attitude from the waitress was not appropriateso we walked out and never got to experience the big pizza. Read more
Went there on a recommendation. Took home a reaper for kids birthday party. Everyone loved the pizza.
What a wonderful hometown pizzeria! From watching the pizza makers toss the dough in the front window, to actually devouring... the delicious product, steaming hot from the oven with gooey cheese, dining at Pisanello's is always a pleasure! It was my first time eating here and it will not be my last. I got 2 slices of pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and green... peppers. It was delicious. I usually do not like it when the pizza sauce is over done but their sauce is very good. Read more
