Horrible experience. Waited 15 minutes for our food just to get burnt chicken tenders for my kids, my fries left out of the... order, my husbands sandwich made wrong, and only 1 toy for the 2 kids meals I paid for. Also they didnt give me a reciept. Spent$33 and wish I wouldve just stuck to Wendys for $20. Read more

Food was made poorly, overly greasey. Some how the onion rings were both over and undercooked. The tatertots weren't salted at... all. No Lettuce on the bacon toaster sandwiches. Lemonade strawberry slush was all syrup and almost no ice at all. How? Aslushie is 98%ice. Literally the worst sonic I've ever been too and the crew absolutely did not want to be there. Read more
Not really "fast" food. The biggest problem is that they need more good help. I won't usually get anything more than drinks here... because it just takes too long. When you do finally get service though, the employees are polite and friendly, and that means alot these days. Read more
The employees were super nice, there was a hiccup with the order and the lady gave my toddler a lil cup of ice cream while it... got sorted which was incredibly quick. Wish I?d gotten her name, she had brown hair and eyes? She was so so sweet, I hope shegets some recognition for this if her identity can be discerned lol. Poor service. My husband pushed the button & no one came out. Had no straws to drink our Rt. 44. Meanwhile, burgers started... getting cold so I went in. Got straws. Your place was nasty inside. I doubt we will be back. Read more
So this is my second review and the second strike for this location.... aside from the picture I will attach to this post what... is with the trend of the ice cream machine not working? I paid for bacon on my sandwich and what I got looked like it was cookedthis morning and nuked when I ordered it... Again the customer service is the reason I keep going back BUT part of customerservice is doing your job right which is making orders right some of this is just blatently lazy.... Read more
Cold burgers, a rootbeer that is perfectly clear, 20min wait. Threw it all away and just went to McDonald's. What a joke this... place should be shut down. Read more
